Kiev that is semicompetent and stays around 11 km from Atlanta will take her down with almost no problems. Des Moines can be a shotgun, good rof, good damage, a bit tanky from front (at least vs CA's), Cleveland can be shotgun. But atlanta? Atlanta is like this one dude you had in counterstrike, that bought M60 and went guns blazing and screaming until somebody took him down with a knife. That's Atlanta. Although, it can be fun.

Yeah, had few fun games in Des today. I played a very nice and entertaining game against Reyte in Khabarovsk and Flamousz in Zao. Great game, although we lost, but I got 2011 exp on lost game, while I think Reyte got 2050 on won Game against you wasn't that fun for me since I had to "tank" and draw attention. But it showed exactly the weaknesses and few pros of Des. I was able to take quite a lot punishment before going down, pushed you out of the cap area (with some support), taking Kagero down since he was trapped, and ultimately that kinda won us the game. But, on the other hand, I didn't put any serious damage to anybody (except that poor Kagero), since you both keeped your distance, and hitting Udaloj on 13 km is a bit of a lottery. But it was a good game, but not so enjoyable.

Rules- Teams consist of 2 players, one player drives tier VII warship, the second tier VIII warship. - Ship classes can’t double ie. You can’t take 2 x battleship, you need to take 1 battleship and 1 cruiser for example - CV’s are excluded from the tournament (for balancing reason’s) – that’s unfortunate, but necessary due to the format of the tournament. - First round of tournament is BO1 (best of one), 15 minutes per battle, map: “Fault Line”, ranked battle format. - Semi finals is BO3 (best of three), 15 minutes per battle, map: “Fault Line” x 2, “North” x 1, ranked battle format (first 2 games are played on Fault Line, 1 game on North) - Finals are BO5, 10 minutes per battle, map: “Fault Line” x 3, “North” x 2, ranked battle format - Sides in BO1 are picked by draw, BO3 and BO5 – first time by draw, later Team who lost previous game pickes side. - Draw equals lost game for both sides and 0 points. - Win is concluded either by destroying opponent teams ships, or by points - Premium Consumambles, modules and upgrades are allowed - Premium ships are allowed - Any illegal mods, aim assists etc. are strictly forbidden, and using them will equals immediate ban from tournament. - For first round and semi finals timer is set for 30 minutes. No obejrzałem, ładnie ładnie. W te Tirpitze po pierwszej salwie już później mu gorzej wchodziło. Jak się naparzałem z krążkami to badzo ładnie, powyżej 70k miałem średniego, ale parę ostatnich losowań miałem na BBki to było bardzo kiepsko. Nawet po 30 hitów bez obrażeń po nadbudówkach.

Myoko super. Mogami rozczarowuje na 155. Mam strasznie dużo hitów za zero obrażeń. W krążowniki 155mm robią sieczkę, ale jak trafię na pancernik albo Baltimore/Des Moines, to jest kaszanka totalna. Zamontowałem sobie 203 mm, ale jeszcze nie grałem. Ten zasięg mnie trochę martwi :<

I don't think that balance is such a problem. Give it GE CA level of camo, IJN level of mobility, guns with 17 km range (+module, so hitting 19 km range), RoF around 4 or 3,5 round per minute, IJN level of turret turning speed, but good armour, bad torpedo protection, great AP damage with usuall US CA ballistics. The only other option is to make it a tier VIII premium - which I would buy like instantly.

It depends. Kaiser and Konig doesnt really differ that much - only turret layout and slightly better watertight compartment. I would go with Nassau T III, Helgoland TIV, Kaiser TV, Bayern TVI.
