But sometimes, and I remember dude with 45% WR who actually did it, you can just ask a dude to help you cause you have a plan, and he will do it. And with your idea, those players will just sit in their "elohell" forever. They won't be able to look at better players, cause they will be stuck in their bracket. And yes, they should implement CW as soon as possible, maybe they'll buy time for this game.

Nah, I know she's a beast. But first of all I won't touch RU released CA's until they'll release RN CA's. Second, I only played her few times since I have a soft spot for those kind of protected cruisers (my favourite class of ships ever, maybe tied with battlecruisers). Third and final - tier III games are sooooo boring Tier V is where the fun starts

I think it starts when you have above 55% win rate I think it's not correlated with tiers, rather with amount of luck you have that you passed the 55% win rate mark

Admiral, also, don't get me wrong I also play some tier IV and V from time to time. When I just have to utterly destroy some dudes to vent my frustration I just take Murmansk/Marble/Arkansas and I go on a killing spree. But it's rather rare since I don't get pissed off easily However, since I'm don of CA mafia, I got tier VII MM with my Marblehead, so it's not so fun When I need some fun and challenge, I take Des and just do my best to either deal as much damage as possible or win the game (I diverse those two objectives). And there are a lot of other dudes, and it clearly shows how they play. Some of the skip low tiers entirely, joining game from tier V. Each really good players have more tier VIII+ games, then tier IV - V games.
