Yes, indeed, when it comes to BB's, I am pretty negative. First of all, the introduction of GE BB's, although surely pleased BB players, absolutely devastated gameplay for every other classes. Not only we enjoy 5 BB's per side each game, we also rendered their last one supposed counter ineefective. Second - with 5 BB's per side, and insane survivability, as well as close quarter mastery, the only high tier cruisers that are now viable, are Zao and RN cruisers. Both of them can only do their jobs because they can't be shoted at. Des Moines, Moskwa, and Hindenburg are subpar. So is Baltimore, New Orleans, Mogami, Donskoi, Hipper, Roon and, to a lesser extent, Ibuki. On tier VII it's less of an issue. Every BB on tier VII has only 6 - 8 guns, so if you are a really skilled CA player, you will be able to dodge them. Since most of the time BB's at that tier has 2 2 - 2 2 setup, they only have 4 guns towards you when you're being chased. So it's pretty rare to get rotflstomped at tier VII. This made me try some games in CV's, cause, you know, they supposedly hard counter BB's. Well, I was done when my Lexington planes didn't even drop a single torp against North Carolina. Who the hell need cruisers, when you can just shoot planes down without Defensive Fire lol. And I don't really care that US BB's are "specialised" in AA. What you say might be true, when you look only at BB's. They seem like they're balanced against each other, with each having their own niche. Propably Yamato still trumps every other due to guns, but I'm not that much of a BB specialist to tell. But when you look at BB's vs each other class, there are huge gaps, which makes BB's even less skill demanding then Zao, while rewarding even bad plays. I've watched my share of games on rankeds, where Bismarcks were doing some really ridiculous stuff. If you liked Gneisenau better, cause he has three torps with 6 km range on each side - well, ok. The point is, Bismarck doesn't care. You say NC is gonna make short work of him? Not true. She might citadel him at really long ranges, but when Bismarck pushes, she can either run away, giving whatever she was defending, like cap for example, or good position; or die being burned to death by secondaries. Overall, yes, I am salty. Devs in almost each interview and Q&A confirm BB's are overpowered, in terms of game efficiency, and in exceeding numbers (I even got such quote in my sig, and it was before GE BB introduction lulz). And yet, here you are, claiming everything is fine, cause you have fun in GE BB's. We made a new bon mot in NESI - when a cruiser is deleted by one of our division BB's, the said cruiser is now "balanced".

I don't even know where to start pointing at absolute nonsense in this topic. BB balanced Too gud. Bismarck is obviously balanced. Cause you could take his main guns away, and he would still be a decent opponent. Of course, it got wehraboo glorious armour, as well as hydro and decent AA. So, in case BB players would find DD's too hard to avoid, they now can spot torps themselves, instead of relying on team. Obviously, their secondaries is also totally balanced, cause they can wreck any cruiser AND DD in secondaries range with ease. That's balance. And where FdG is a bit lacking, cause only 8 guns, you get 12 on GK, so everything is balanced again. The amount of lolness here is just overwhelming.

Did you sink him? Cause if you didn't, he propably shrugged, and "oh well"-ed it. Double and triple cits, but those that leave you afloat, are meaningless for RN cruiser

There of course are a lot of problems. Best thing to do, would be to play up to tier VIII, but that's a large time investment. On tier VI you can only be a bit misguided. Cleveland is nothing like later ships. Furutaka, in her current state, is just an Aoba on tier V, so it's fine. Budionny again is similar to Schors and Czapajew, but it's very different then Donskoi and Moskwa - on the other hand, Kirov plays just like tier IX and X. So it's a mixed experience, but tier V should get you an insight what the quirks of the lines are without investing too much time into them. I would stay clear of the RN though - they need skill to perform. My advice is to focus on IJN line, then start GE one. After that you can either go the easy way - RU, or the hard way - US.

We're recuiting few "volunteers", which happily will organise training room for each team. How we will deal with "swapping" lists is open for debate. We didn't encounter such problem on RU server, however you're right, and we will come with solution - which already will answer question 1. Each battle will have it's observers, volunteers or streamers, therefore exact time will be known immediately. 7 from PL section, and 1 from ENG section.

Well, we did participate in that tournament on RU server, and our wish was to organise similar event for EU players. We wanted to make it as casual as possible, so a lot of teams could participate and enjoy a glimpse of "what could tournaments in WoWS look like". CV's are pretty special case, and require a lot of attention as well as are very skill intense, and, sadly, rare these days. So although I agree with your disapointment, we just want to organise something quick and fun. I encourage you to try to organise a team - games are intense and fast paced, therefore, very enjoyable!

Goferów, gofrów, gowruf - nie ma znaczenia. Najważniejsze jest, że w ramach obiadu człowiek pochłaniał słodkie jak miód, kruche jak płatki kwiatów, pachnące jak leśna polana, pyszne ciasto, polane lekką jak chmura bitą śmietaną i obficie okraszone gęstym karmelem. Reszta jest pozbawiona sensu. Wybrzeże jest jedno. Okolice są nieistotne - wszystko 100 km od morza to wybrzeże, cała reszta to śląsk, kopalnie, huty, hałdy i mieszkania w zamkniętych szybach górniczych. Panda myśli że jest wyjątkiem, bo mieszka na mazurach niby, ale ja i tak dobrze wiem, że te jabłka to importuje z wybrzeża, a dzień zaczyna od wjechaniem windą nad poziom gleby.
