i had this problem too, maybe i can offer you a solution form amd cpus. deaktivate in bios the cool&quiete function. (its a powersaving downclocking thing) before i did that, i haf massive delays, ruder reacts 5-10 secs after pushing a button, ships where 1-3 ship lenghts forward, so i cant realy hit anything. but now its running. hope i can help some of you, regards
