I can confirm the stock model Nagato has no armour, none... it can't have. I have never been one shotted in any ship before the Nagato but i have been one shotted 5 times in a row after upgrading from the fuso... always 16km+ plunging fire, all hits are citadel and you go from 49000 hit-points to 0. then even cruiser fire shreds you in seconds, every hot against you does full damage. it is easily 20 maybe 50 times worse than the fuso before it.
