Its not that much of a miracle. Yamamoto's conditions pair well with DDs, BBs or CVs and his perks do not fit all classes. CVs cant use them, cruisers cant get Preventive Maintenance, so you are losing out. The Suzukis feature ERS, which is only viable for BBs, but SE as the crucial perk here benefits gunboat DDs more than kiting cruisers. 4000HP on a Harugumo are more than 5000HP on a Zao.

There are planes in WoT, for scenery and certain strikes in Frontline, Steel Hunter and Advances. There is even a CV as an integral part of the map Glacier. Good heavens!

They prevent any striking squad from spotting and increase the AA damage dealt to them. This seems to be in tandem with the other testing mechanic in which there is a dice roll on AA damage being applied to a striking group or squadron.

I'd rather have a wave of insult-incapable frenchmen than the recent influx of RU server transfer google translate nationalists.

There is a lot of clan spam, cryptic alien writings, slavic moon runes and people being mad about the game. On the other hand, chat mods will ban you for accidentally writing the first letter of a noun in capital size, like you do in many non-english langauges because "english only". Today, the WoWs official Discord or basically any other clan discord open to friends and newcomers is the better choice than ingame.

CV ASW is a noob trap. It protects most of the CV playerbase from most of the sub playerbase.

I dont really watch streamers, especially not WoWs. Just not my type of content or medium. Whenever I do it for Twitch Missions, SnuSnu_RIP is my favourite choice, as he is at least somewhat emotionally invested into the game and has fun or quits when game bad. Many other "I yell at people online" Content Creators are just there for the money, ego or because they cant quit and you can feel it. More laid back streamers tend to have a huge circlejerk in their community or differ too much from my personal perspective on the game/videogames in general. On YT I sometimes watch a video from Gang or Solitude, toxicity is much lower there while advice and explanation process is much higher. I dont have any motivation to become good at the game or play competitive, especially given the game's state, but it is nice to get insight on what is possible, how certain ships play at the highest level and maybe later use this knowledge to dunk on 3000 PR sweaters with CV in randoms.

To clarify a bit, the most effective way to not get killed in a T10 CV is actually just reversing or standing still. Once you are out of range/spotting and safe to turn, you can relocate or take position behind an island. This does not work with T6 - 8CVs though, their deck armor is too low and can be overmatched long range by high caliber BBs in their MM range, so you just want to skidaddle whenever possible. The T8 RN CVs have armored decks and can actually withstand such fire, but their armor does not cover the entire deck so its more of an RNG aspect. Since the only thing that can spot you this early before reaching an island is usually the other CV, delaying him with fighters or using his downtime to relocate is the best move. T10 CVs are immune to long range fire due to their deck armor, the problem only occurs from the flanks into your hull, plunging fire or hits on the superstructure. A Shikishima can not overmatch a Nakhimovs deck. Do not, under any circumstance turn and show your hull, unless it is safe to do so. This will get you clapped long range.

This was also my thought. WG looked at already existing EU-DDs, tried to avoid another line of Hallands and came up with the idea of "what if we made a Smaland/Ragner line - but not good".

This looks like a predatory offer clearly aimed at impulsive collectors, since there is no other way to obtain the ship, except paying full T8 price or gambling containers. The minimum bundle size is 12'500 dubs, thats 45 Euros and you get a ship that would be priced around 8-10 Euros for free. All other T3 premium cruisers are available in the armory and eligble for a discount coupon. They are locking new, otherwise inacessible content behind an additional paywall. Interestingly, the Ning Hai was first released in a Steam DLC bundle for 10 Euros, which was priced down as a Steam discount offer for 5 Euros during a short period.
