The problem is that they weren't greek designs.....and although this can be overlooked as just another copy paste ship, the fact that fletcher is a tier 9 can't be. Tier 9 premiums will never be sold (with the exception of missouri, where WG got an unusually large ammount of horse manure stuck somewhere and they decided to release it)

In theory you should be able to get them if you get referred by your friend and invited back....I tried it with my friend though and it didn't work
