Stop crying already. It's becoming annoying. Do you really think that this one thread is going to accomplish what the other 100 didn't? Also like everybody else said: Ranks don't mean anything. Might aswell use average plane kills per battle as the value that shows skill then. -
I seem to do just fine against tier 10s and so do my divisionmates since tier 8 ships are just as good. The only tier (IMO mind you) that needs fixing is tier 6, because the ship quality between tiers 6-8 is much higher than between tiers 8 and 10

What I think should be done right from the start is make a few flags (2 or 3) which are very easy to get and anyone can get them, and all the others should be rare additions which have to be earned by doing either special campaigns and missions that aren't that easy, because yes there simply are too many of them. -
1. To earn commander free xp you need a maximum level captain (19 points if I'm not mistaken), only when you play with one of those will you get any free commander xp. 2. No that's pretty much it if you're planning on moving the captain. You do it for free, for 200K credits for a 50% bonus or you pay with gold to retrain him completely. Only when moving a commander onto a premium ship is the retraining free.

Well to be fair it doesn't really matter matter what you think you saw but I can assure you that ranger doesn't have a 2-1-2 setup anywhere. Maybe he was in a bomber heavy loadout and you've mistaken scouts for fighters (not bombers). This is the best explanation I can think of. Like Sigimundus said; for anything else you'd need to get a screenshot -

Riiiiiiiight. I'm pretty sure you have *animate small objects* turned off and you're mistaking fighter scouts for CV squadrons. Because what you're saying simply ISN'T possible. -
If you were in a KM BB firing HE at yamato and an iowa class and they were both angled, then your choice was correct. Tier 7 and 8 KM battleships have low caliber guns so there's no way in hell you'd do decent damage against higher tier battleships if they were perfectly angled. (unless you got very lucky that is)

I'd say US. I haven't really played the KM DDs but judging by the stats the US ones seem slightly easier to play
