Moreover, I'd understand it if this game was made 10 years after ww2, but it's not. It was made several generations after it, so yes. Get over it, otherwise we might aswell ban just about every flag in the game since they almost all conquered their way to existence.

The thing is, the game can't tell the difference between intentional griefing and mistakes. It can only take into account how much "physical" damage a player has done and punish them according to that. Other than WG hiring a thousand people who whould look at every report or battle and decide whether or not a player should get banned, they can't really do much.
