  2. This resulted in some Captains playing IX Missouri more often than they planned. Arguments like these show complete lack of integrity. Yes, the sun is shining today at the Kremlin, so we buff Kremlin reload to 18 seconds. Why I don't rate this game over a three. They make bad game decisions for the more experienced players and they cannot communicate like adults.

    You get punished for making mistakes in the higher tiers. Try to learn from your mistakes by using YouTube, wowsft.com, armour viewer, wows wikipedia and these forums when needed :)

    I visited the LCF a couple of times and also went on a tour with her sister during a family day. If these bots were actually improving the game, instead of downgrading it every patch with features and bugs I would have bought more ships, like Ise, Tone and Weimar, but now I see no reason to. Especially now WarGaming is starting to abuse the "if deemed necessary, balance changes may apply". Currently only playing Ranked, because nowadays it is a very relaxing game mode for me (as long as there are no flatdecks).

    I am also Dutch and I really feel the need to get that stupid Dockyard ship because I love the name so much. Will probably be the last thing I buy, because the mission attached to it are usually boring.

    I'd be kinda embarrassed as Game Studio if the core of the game is point and shoot and it doesn't work. I am certain that they are unable to fix it, but it is still a major bug which deserves attention till they hire someone who actually responds to bugs, suboctavian where are you?

    Added 10% 10% + 35% = 10% in Russia? Why don’t you add something so we know when a skill is activated? With all the bugs and translations errors it is really difficult to tell atm whether the activation skills are working..

If the WarGaming intern played this game like once he would also be aware that team work is almost non-existent in this game. Yea, thanks buddy for radaring our spawn at the start of the match.

    All three of them have always been some pretty good ships. Nerfing them lightly makes sense. Also Edinburgh can stealth radar nowadays which makes her a pretty nice boat, her armour layout is good enough. They didn't launch with 10km radar. This was buffed later on. It used to be something like T8 8km, T9 9km and T10 10km.

    Disagreeing is fine, but then you should report it as a bug if you think it is one ;) The Amagi has a waterline citadel, which is more difficult to hit than the Hipper's, you see? Thanks to the torpedobelt you arm your shells and they will explode above the citadel causing penetrations, would be my guess. Hitting the citadel of an Amagi is easier at longer range, because then your shells will come in at an angle sufficient to penetrate the citadel. Why do you think this is nonsense? I think it is fun to have all these different kind of armour layouts in the game. I like to know the different weaknesses of ships to kill them. I mean if I were you I wouldn't even brawl a Hipper with 380mm guns. I look at the shell ribbons I get and I act accordingly. Sometimes I am like; "WTF, why didn't I hit the citadel?" I look it up after the match to check the armour of said vessel and compare it with information from wowsft.com This will make sure that I don't [edited]it up again next time I encounter that vessel.

    On the first picture you are hitting upper part of the hull, which is 32mm. Somehow I cannot free angle my camera in the viewer, but to fuse your 380mm shells you need a thickness of 380/6 = 63mm. You can calculate yourself whether your angle is sufficient. Amagi and Hipper are better off by angling, because you cannot overmatch the hull of these ships. Also turning your ship changes the angle of the sloped armour, which could make it less effective. I am not saying that this is a niche of 380mm guns. I am saying: You hit sloped armour which caused your shells to ricochet into the air = Overpenetration. Your shells didn't arm = Overpenetration. EDIT: If you disagree with me, that's fine. I am just pointing out that what I am seeing are normal game mechanics. I actually do enjoy playing Tirpitz.

    The turtleback armour on both ships (Amagi has sloped citadel armour) is ricocheting your shells into the air, causing them to explode outside of the ship = overpenetration.

    Share replay? Did you check the ribbon with the actual damage? From the screenshots it is somewhat difficult to tell whether you missed the turtleback lolz... Did you check on the armor viewer whether your shells could possibly arm on the plating you hit? EDIT: Bismarck has standard fuse time.
