    Well, only played 14 battles on it, but for me it is the Kutuzov. Smoke + me doesn't work.

  6. I am with you, OP. I already was against the mod version of it and I still believe to this day that it is not needed. RN cruisers in general have low concealment so you can easily spot enemy ships with them, until you get detected by a destroyer. At that point you want to smoke up, because who doesn't like easy damage. Bam, marked on the minimap. Battleships and cruisers see you firing, make a guess, double check it with the minimap and fire their guns. Yes, you can move, but most players only move forward or backward, so all you have to do is hold the reticule over last known position, shift it to the gunfire and watch the citadel ribbons pop up. I suggested awhile ago to make it possible to fire either your rear or front guns, that way you can trick people a bit again. I think this would be a nice buff for smoke cruisers. My current advice is to use radar and just dodge. EDIT: Also the reason I always play radar YY. Smoke screens just kill me. No matter in what ship I am lolz

    I think because CE works on all ships. IFHE: You either need it or you don't (HIV is an exception) / meme build. RPF: Handy/obligated on some DDs/cruisers. FP: Obligated for BBs and some cruisers. AFT: Meme build Manual sec: Meme build Manual AA: Carrier divisions While FP is somewhat of an opposite to CE you can still pick multiple tier 4 skills. Perhaps bring IFHE to tier 3 and buff BoS, 25%? That way BoS and FP might be more interesting than taking CE and FP for some cruisers and BBs. Bringing more variety.

    Jean Bart Credits?

    LWM didn't mention anything about it, so I guess it is pretty normal. It is not Missouri levels of credit income, because the sole reason that ship is not available is because it earns so much credits.     Cruisers and ships in general

    In general cruisers have fast reload so you have more chances at hitting something. They also take more damage quite easily when played wrong. BBs are better at survival, but slow reload. Shots have to count in order to be useful. However the French line is pretty easy to shoot with, so I guess you can try that one. The tier 10 is not super common in CB’s though. Furutaka is actually a really good ship, so just practice and learn from what you did do wrong. While I cannot check it atm you probably get overmatched by BBs when you present your bow. Just stay at range and burn the BBs down. When they start focussing you go dark and reposition.

    I had great fun in Ranked when I lost 2 teammates due detonations. It is indescribable how much fun I had.
  14. It can be very useful indeed, but also extremely useless... So to keep it short I radar when I want to radar. If I want to see a DD behind an island I'd rather keep that radar in my pocket so that I still have radar left late battle. If someone makes sense I radar, if he doesn't I won't. Pretty sure you do the same. Yet you seem to play a bit more passive.
  15. It is more that I enjoy shooting the targets I radar while being in open water. And when it happens that I am behind an island and someone asks me to radar than I will radar for him, if I think it is useful ofc.
  16. Mmm... you are not new to the game yet such a team player. Interesting. It is often when I can radar a DD I can also shoot it, because I hate passive play, so all is okay :)
  17. Yes, I am that guy who radars when he can hit the ship. No, I don’t get deleted by BBs. Are we playing the same game? Random game mode? I do radar on a rare occasion for my team, no worries.

    Idea: Remove citadels from cruisers :)

    Cruisers in general have a higher skill floor, but also a higher skill ceiling. They are probably less fun for the new guys, but for those that have a basic understanding of the game it is nice that there is something more difficult to play. See being able to play a cruiser decently as a reward and not as something that should be nerfed. If every class is simple to stay alive in than where is the fun? You might see cruisers as battleship meat now, but when you advance you will learn that cruisers are on top of the food chain ^^ As @nambr9 said. Sometimes you have to show broadside to take less damage.

    Bad Destroyer (DD) PLayers

    I can play DD and for 1,000 doubloons per battle Ill cap, spot for you, and kill DDs, cruisers and BB’s. Experience mechanisms don’t really reward me so... Joking regarding the dubs ofc.
