The attack aircraft is not well programmed. I have had those guys in the air while I got bombarded to ... and only got 1 plane kill with my AA guns, while I launched them on time... I have been playing some of these new carriers as well, so I know that a friendly carrier can't defend you against planes, and not staying with my team is the reason I got that win rate.

I felt the same, but you see it with many tier 9 DDs that are better than their tier 10s imo; Chung Mu, Kitakaze, Fletcher, Tashkent and Z46.

I also had some issues, but those were gone since I started using a mechanical keyboard. It is called "ghosting" when your keyboard fails to register multiple keys at the same time, which was for me the case at least. Dunno if this helps you, @TataLup

I don't know why they are using HE. Perhaps it is because you are angled and they are not. Perhaps your superstructure is saturated and there's isn't. There are more factors to it next to range on whether you should use HE or AP :)

HE is pretty viable pick for Montana, as well for the Yamato... The only dumb thing is to shoot HE shells when you can penetrate a non saturated area with AP shells (more damage).

When you feel comfortable on Ocean in any ship you know you got the basics right :) Great map and should be increased in rotation.
