Exchanging elite ships xp for in-game goods

When I look at my exp on ARP Kongo or usual Myoko I just don't get, why I have to collect it without any reason. I'm free to play player, so I'm not very usefull for WG, 'cause of being a parasite which doesn't support the game. But it's just really odd that you have to collect something because YES. But when I think about what could be the reason of that exp on top ships I really have 3, maybe 4 ideas. The first one is (as mentioned in the poll) the equipment. If I play on some ship that much, that I have collected something like 50k exp and more, then probably I play on it, because i enjoy it. Of course sometimes the joy depends upon the setup you've got on the ship (like modules and equipment) but in case equipment, especially higher tiers, it's a lot credits to earn to fully prepare your ship to be a spectator of full potential of your ship. Sometimes nominally cost of full setup can be like 7 mln credits, but can be even higher, when you choose the bad one eq. So it would be nice if you could exchange some exp for it. But to be fair, the exp you've got on ship A can be spend on eq. for the ship A to prevent some pathologic situation like exchanging exp from Yamato to "max" Arkansas Beta and vice versa. But then the price for the eq should be smaller to not end up as dead possibility. The second one (also from above poll) are signal flags, but with some exceptions. There is some amount of s.f. that are too hard to achieve through the gameplay, like India Yankee thanks to "Fireproof" achievement. Maybe I don't know how to play and it's easier than I think, but there are flags that I achieve all the time and some which I didn't get even ones. Of course there are also some useless not very usefull flags, like that, which decrease amount of damage from ramming, but that's not about that right now. It would be nice to have other way to get these flags, but that's doesn't mean that every single one should be achieveable through exp exchange, ex. the flag increasing amount of cash you've got after the battle is a big no no. I don't wanna decide which one should be free to achieve, but I'm sure that not all of them should be. Price is complex problem, so I don't wanna suggest anything, but i think that the best option would be like "1 flag for 600-800 exp" or a little bit higher. Of course, it should be possible to achieve, but not for free. And then I coming back to idea "ship A exp for ship A flags". Generally I think that should be the basic rule of that exp exchange idea. The third one is the free exp conversion possibility. I don't wanna write too much about, everyones knows how it works. The only problem is the exchange price, to make it possible, but not totally free. If I good remember the amount of free exp from battle is equal to 0,5% of ship exp gained in battle. So i think it should be fair to have possibility of exchangeing 200 ship exp into 1 free exp point. Why so big diffrence? To make situation when you can do free conversion, but it's less profitable then doing conversion with a gold or dublon. But it's also the least option that will be implemented if WG decide to change ship exp mechanics. The forth option is the captain exp conversion. The analogical option to the higher one. I don't know if there is a way to convert free exp into the captain exp with gold, but even if there is not such possibility, free captain exp conversion should also have some penalty for being free. Of course not that big as above but the ratio between 1 cpt exp : 10 ship exp and 1 cpt exp : 2 ship exp. And again I say: possible to do, but not totally for "free". And "ship A exp for ship A captain", for example exp from Farragut can be given to captain which is trained in commanding Farragut, but not to cpt just commanding the Farragut, because that doesn't mean the same. But that also is unlike to happen in case ship exp mechanic change. The rest of propositions I see in poll is more or less questionable. Let's take a look with camouflages. Having in mind rule about "ship A exp to ship A ..." I'm not sure if that could turn into the dead circle: I play good because I have camouflage and I have camouflage because I play good. Yeah, I know that's how it works right now, but the diffrence is that right now you have to spend credits on them (I do not talk about "gold" camouflages). If that proposal became real, you still have got the camouflage, but you won't have to "pay" for them makeing first step into a in-game economy chaos. That's nice to faster get credits, but on some ships income will become even more insane then it's right now (DDs?). The same thing with gold consumables. I will not talk about insane ideas like "ship exp for credits/dublons", WG won't approve it. What with some "special" but not imballanced camouflages? I don't know... Still haveing in mind brakeing game economy in WoT, so I would probably said no (I would say yes if camo would give a crap, but what is the point of the pointless camo? Did I just answered my own question?). Commemorative Flags? That's would be nice one, for example "Master of *name of ship*" or something like that. But I think it would be too much for their game/art designers, right now we've got over 100 ships, creating for each their own flag? Not gonna happen'
