    latency, is it my graphics card?

    I have the same issue. It is not the graphics card because I use a Geforce GTX 770. I made a ticket and was told it is a AMD processor bug. I got the suggestion to set the core affinity to one core but then the game becomes even more unplayable than it is now. I hope gets fixed in today's patch.
