    When you buy the Type 15 camouflage for the Tashkent it doesn't show up on the ship. I think the effects work.

    WoWS test 0.5.1 Both Konigsberg and Nurnberg. When the Captain skills Secondary Armament is checked the ROF doesn't change under the main battery of the artillery module. Roon: Main battery Mod 3 shows -17% traverse speed but when it is applied is turns out to be +17% traverse speed
