Hi, This error message is about 2 weeks ago. I've already reinstalled windows10 and the entire game folder! There is no Wargaming game on my computer. Clear Windows is installed. Can anyone help what may be a problem? Thank you.

I only have this preferences.xlm in this folder. If I delete it then I will not work. The Wows folder does not have preferences.xlm for the original installation.

Yes, I first installed the game again, but the error remained. Later, the entire window was reinstalled with format c. The error remains, I deleted the preferences.xlm file, but the problem again came out. I disconnected everything in tablet mode but I'm sorry, too, and installed the latest ATI driver. I do not know what's wrong with just wargaming games this is the fault of me all other games work perfectly on the system. Is there any official Wargaming bug reporting forum or email address where I could write? Because, unfortunately, I did not find information about Wargaming and the Internet. Thank you.
