Well .. I dug out the message for you anyway.I'd say it is pretty trustworthy. But if you want to go to that "can be modified jadda-jadda" line, then fine. For me it clearly seems that Tirp is prem and Biz is in the tech-tree. As it should since she is the name ship of Bismarck class... *duh*

Have you not been reading the "German Ship something" thread?Tirpitz has way lower repair costs than Bismarck who's costs are at par with the other tier 8 BB's. So it is safe to assume that Tirpitz is the prem. Since Bismarck (class) ship will be in the TechTree.

Me? Mad rush? ! I did torp an Kongo yesterday. From point blank because there was no-one else between him and our CV's. He went down, I stayed afloat and did more damage. But I don't use torpedoes as "area denial" weapon, I shoot them if I know I have a good chanse to hit. Like one poor St.Louis that I saw steaming between two islands I was heading for. He dissappeared from my sights, but I fired an tight salvo around where I thought he would pop up and BOOM. So I've been lucky as well. My average survival rate is 31,6% and with Furu it's 23% .. well .. there is a large gap yeah.

This has been talked upon forums since 2012 when I started to follow WoT forums. And guess what? Not going to happen. And there is nothing that WG should or should not do here. Nubs will be nubs in the higher tiers with or without the aid of premium ships (or tanks or planes). Nothing will change that.

Last game I played yesterday (1 win, 1 draw and 3 defeats) was like that. Enemy had five DD's, we had two. We lost. Well ... I don't know was the DD concentration to blame, I did not do anything except ran from two Phoenix's, one DD and Myogi most of the battle (I had Omaha). But still I can always say that it was the inbalance of DD's that caused our loss! Not me failing in Omaha, but those three extra DD's the enemy had. x)

How do you guys win with her?! Here are my Furu-stats. (BTW I like her.. :3) It must be the teams fault that I keep losing with her. Must be! Fail-teams everywhere. x) (just kidding )

Ships are made to obtain a controll over an area. Tanks are made to obtain controll over an area.I can imagine you at the WoT forums screaming how capping has nothing to do with tank warfare. Capping has been, is and will be a valid option to secure a win.

Perhaps .. but grinding six lines at the same time? Phew.. I'm "grinding" four (+1 when I'm playing with low tier friend) and that is well enough for me.

Why it is a "void point"?But more importantly, what has the available ship slots to do with the "fail platoons"? o_O;

Well .. I concider it way less annoying than the DD's speed boost I also accidentally have fired couple of times. But I have gotten used to that also, so I believe that I'll get used to that sonar quickly as well. You know, we got new feature for free.. (and yet here we are whining about it x))

I kept accidentally firing it up when I tried to send my planes in the air. Both in Furu and Omaha. So until I get used to it, it is annoying. x) But yeah, came with the update.

Well.. I have "grinded" up to tier 5 with IJN and USN CA's and BB's. Have t3 IJN DD as well. And t4 CV, that I take out very, very seldom since I find the CV gameplay somewhat boring. (and in every game I've had I was against a Bogue.. xD) Anyhow .. since I did not have that much of time to grind during the CBt, I only reached tiers 6 and 7. (I had Fuso, Cleve, PenisCoala, Aoba, Nagato and StLouis in my port) And now, my only goals are to get Fuso and Cleveland and I am planning on keeping them both. After that, it is just having fun and unlocking new ships whenever they get unlocked. I don't have any burning desire to grind the tier 10 ships. I just want to have fun with my battleboats and rustbuckets and do somewhat good in them while having said fun. But different things to different people I guess. Some people are stressing over their stats, some are stressing over getting to tier 10 asap. Me, I don't like stressing about silly things. We all are just insignificent in the grand scheme of life and should focus more on having fun and enjoying than "accomplishing" something.

Well I be dang'd..You both were right. And just yesterday I said here that "this is why we should not assume things.." and here I am making assumptions again and getting burned immediately after.

This is just your friendly forum "event" where we as a community compare our stats in friendly manner. (nope, I was wrong again. ) No need to immediately start whining and raging. *****EDIT***** Well, back to the topic on hand here. I don't have any other than Yubari anymore, so I'll just throw my overall stats for my tier 4 cruisers. So let's start with her: Here's Phoenix. She was the strongest in average XP, winrate and torpedo hits. Also holds my highest score for t4 CA's. And last, but not least, Kuma. I must say that now when I compare these three ships, it seems that my performance with all of them is quite similar. What that says about me as a player? I haven't got the faintest clue. All I can say that I enjoyed them all, and am still enjoying Yubari.

Oh. Just yesterday I saw an Erie on the enemy team in tier 5 battle. And we lost. Luck of the Erie is OP plz nerf.

"Far too many draws" "So many games ruined by capping" Funny that these two threads are back to back at the moment. Cap ahoy I say. But if you don't, then do not come back here crying that you have too many draws when you fail to get that last enemy. This is not WoT, capping and challenging caps is far more important.

Do not speak bad of the Furutaka! She is a good ship. 41630 average damage. 1,13 average sunk. 41% main battery hit ratio. 21% torpedo hit ratio. 6.46 average cap. 8.77 average defence.1201 average XP. Just yesterday I torp'd an Kongo wiht her. And went through the middle in Two Brothers and capped the heck out of the enemy. She is a good ship. (well ... winrate of 31% but she makes good results even when not winning)

You both miss one very important fact. They both were BISMARCK class battleships. -> There will be a Bismarck in the tech tree no matter what because that was the name of the class. And you can cry about it as much as you please, but that does not change the fact that tech tree ships are named after the class. That won't be _THE_ Bismarck though. It will be Bismarck class battleship with the upgrades the class as whole received (i.e. what Tirpitz got). And please, don't start that "Bu-but WG might do it differently in this occasion since jadda-jadda-jaa". No they won't. Bismarck (class) will be in the tech tree. Bismarck class battleship, Tirpitz will be the premium ship. (my own humble opinion, but backed up with current facts instead of "I want it to be like that")

I was in tier 5 battle today where enemy had Erie. They won. Erie is OP plz WG nerf! It is unfair plane to use the luck of an Erie for win.
