WG-NA have removed the GZ from sale - it's no longer available in the shop nor on the news tab

Because 'what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas' Slam the product all you wish, in public is fine too. If you are going to slam actual people, you do it in private. This does not apply to those people who are not connected to WG in any manner, just those who are connected, even CC's. IMO though, this has been missapplied as no actual 'persons' have been mentioned only vague 'job descriptors', but who ever it was has an ego and got 'annoyed', hence fallout.

Aboo' answered before I could, but what he says is also true enough - the jump to playing a T8 ship will take you straight up into T10 battles, which is quite a jump. If you are confident of your ability and have the competence to back that up, then go for it :) Enjoy the game.

I'd agree with this as advice, Scharnhorst - Tirp may be too high a tier currently (although Metal's comments about her are correct).

I am not trying to argue with a moderator, but the video comes with warnings about the language both on it's cover page and also verbally at the start of the video, neither of which are on the forums 'directly'.

Kaga is the highest performing T7 CV by a fair margin - +2%w/r, +9k damage 'E' is also the leader of the T8 CV's, +0.8% w/r, +5.5k damage GZ is the worst @ T8 by damage, -4.5k on Lexi, 2nd worst for w/r (better than Lexi) . Stats rarely tell the full truth, but tend to be a better basis than opinions without foundations. :)

Well, to be fair to WG, they didn't screw up with either 'E' or Kaga - other than Kaga being OP.... so balance.. GZ is UP/unfinished.

You misunderstand MM - CV's are limited to 1 per side from T8-T10 and 2 per side for T4-T7. There is no limitation on the frequency of them being in your battles as far as I know.

Trials speeds are also affected by water depth during the trials,so not necessarily a good guide to in game speed where the depth can vary tremendously. (not an expert, just something picked up over the years I have been a naval buff)

Not trying to butt into this, as you are both capable of looking out for yourselves. But. If a player has unlocked all the ships they want to, why shouldn't they play the ones that they enjoy playing. There is no 'end game' as such in WoWS (or WoT either). T10 as such is not an objective but 'merely' adds additional ships to your port, if you want them.

There doesn;t seem to be a drop delay for the DB's in that video - is it the released version of the ship, or is the delay only on the AP DB's?

Well, server has now clocked up 7.5k games, and it is the 4th best ship at T7 - 56%/67k damage... which has to say something.
