Clan Wars - I thought that CW is the best and only good mode in this game until I found that is same crap as everything else :(

Usually you get xp for shooting planes down, you got 2 of them, it wouldn't be much, but Id still expect ''something', for that.

In a way, it's just an attempt to:- 1) spread out the players at the launch of a new line 2) make some money when they do so - "what's in it for us" So it makes sense on both of those, I guess that RNG did not favour you on your containers, it happens.

Well, you could power level up to 8 (NOT recommended, choose 1 line and only play those ships while maximising xp gain through flags, cammo and premium account), or play enough to grind up to it - but please, do not be too hasty, learn the game properly so that you can actually contribute to the clan wars team that you want to join and not be a liability. This season will not be the last, and there were only a handful of weeks between the first clan wars and the current one, so you won't have long to wait for the next one if you miss out on this one.

OP, you do know that there is no 'end game' in WoWs (same as WoT), so why should T10 be self sustaining? Even if it was supposed to be end game I actually don't fancy paying out real cash (or it's equivalent) every time I played a T10 ship. There are lots of fun ships in the lower tiers that do not involve seal clubbing and provide different strengths/weaknesses to give variety of play as well as being more viable for credit rewarding to sustain the T10 games (assuming you do not generate a credit profit in them, your stats suggest that you are good enough to generate a silver profit on a sustainable level). Presumably you do not run premium which would uplift your credit rewards substantially and (almost) make the game play self sustaining even if you were a potato. So why bother with a total revamp of how the game sustains itself just because you do not fancy how it is currently structured. The model works, it sustains the game, it is not onerous or intrusive to players, it broadly does not implement P2W. In short, it's not broken so doesn't need fixing.

It's annoying, it's a challenge, it's a saviour, it's realistic, adds to game immersion, and looks great. Just make it unmodable :)

Ahh, you are yet to be enlightened, for a measly $50 each and every month..I can send you a link to a site that offers Eyeballs mark II, for much enhancements in many things, Guaranteed. (jesting, obviously ;) )

I had that in WoT's - thought I could do stuff well without really trying to learn the game, until I started to question why other people could do stuff that I couldn't (or were much better at it), then I discovered, 'eureka', the forums, where I actually started to learn stuff and take a more serious approach. No excuse for me in WoWs as I have been around since long before it even went into Alpha :).

You could split them into 'capable by ship type', so some would be limited to cruisers, some to DD's etc, might be easier than a 'bulk/load' tracking system to implement. There could still be overlapping mod's for ship types of course. It would, however, seem quite..strange.. for my Emden to have Radar mod 1 on her! :D

I suspect that most of us 'forumites' are fairly committed to the game and pick up (many) more than the average number of premium ships/head.....

Personally, I don't really see a problem with having all modifications available at all levels, BUT, the number of slots to mount them in is limited by tier. (but the way the system is designed is to give the more modern ships better capabilities outside of the standard stats (in addition to getting a bit of variety for each ship if the owners choose something...different).

I didn't like the New York when I ground her, the Texas has slightly better gunnery arcs and better AA, but is the better of the 2. New York - nice guns, iffy armour, very slow, poor gunnery arcs. The New Mexico+ is worth it though.

Only the RN flew at night in this era (combat), so no spotters or CV's (nations in the game currently). For me, unless they remove the IFF and implement searchlights/flares/star shells, then it would be very similar to a cyclone but with a blue tint :) -

Having watched what a well played Hakyu can do compared to a well played Midway in competitive play, the Hakyu certainly has not been over come by the shiny new Midway. (But then I am only an observer really in CV play, results tell their own story though).
