  4. Apropo, was ist eigentlich aus Schlachtschiff R geworden?

Well, because she is just a phantasy rebuild of the O class by wargaming and makes technical not sense at all... our ship is well thought out and calculated in compare to this ;) Not to mention that the Schlieffen will get a big, big atlantic bow and big big exhaust caps

Well, the Großer Kurfürst is more or less the H42 concept ... and where we still try to figure out where this with the 48cm guns at Wikipedia comes from if we consiter that the documents of Krupp say something about 45 and 50cm guns ^^

Well, firstly i hope they give the Großer Kurfürst it's real planed armamend of 4*2* 45 or 50cm (Krupp had 45 and 50cm guns in development after original documents), because this 40,5cm tribble turrets never was planed for a German ship seperate was a concept study for the Sowjet Project 23 battleships (there actual Tier 9 bb)

I'm calm like always, even it may sounds a bit harsh... but i belive the last sentense i wrote also explain a lot ... " Not to mention that i would prefer the Falkenhayn/Schlieffen anytime as German "Super Cruiser" then this thing Wargaming named Ägir"

Well, anyway it was clear and more then logical that the Graf Spee would be a cruiser and not a battleship as you wanted here, because "Panzerschiff" was a classification for itself and that the ships was in reality reclassified in 1940 as Heavy Cruisers from the Germans and Wargaming implement until now absolute every ship after its national classification. That's the reason why things like a Stalingrad are cruisers and nothing else ;) ... about here balancing, there we can discus if this makes any kind of sense ^^ And for me it makes absolute no sense why you now want a ship as midtier battleship altough it was designed and classified in the role as "Cavellery Cruiser", so at least in the same role as the Japanese Design B-65 who was classified by the Japanese as " Super Type A Cruiser" and it's counterpart, the American Alaska class Large Cruisers... this simple make zero sense Not to mention that i would prefer the Falkenhayn/Schlieffen anytime as German "Super Cruiser" then this thing Wargaming named Ägir

Take, my you simple should explain why you want to make a ship what was designed as "Cavellery Cruiser" and would give the perfect Tier 8 WG Super Cruiser to a battleship, instead to do the sleep reaction :)

The ship has 4*2* 28cm guns, in whole 8...

As i already wrote, you just copied my concept study and fitted her with Walther's propulsion concept... the best prove for that is that you still use the wrong overall leangth of 240 metres who is from my concept who was designed with a atlantic bow, while your concept is just 233.4 metres overall and has no atlantic bow ;) ... not to mention that you classified the ship in the original thread as "Cavellery Cruiser"... no idea how you guys comes to the conclusion that this should be a battleship, even if absolute everyone tell you here that battleship is b***sh**

Falkenhayn — a community created Battlecruiser

Well, we firstly thought about the ship, what the role of it shall be, what we need for this, then we calculated the ship and after this step we are working now on a visual implementation

Well, the point is, it has to be that big that the whole propulsion has space between the barbettes ^^''' I also could show you the "Evil Stepsister" of the Falkenhayn, named by us as Schlieffen. Basicly a second batch of this ship class who is laid down later, with some modifications... Length Overall: 242.0 m Length Waterline: 230.00 m Beam: 28.0 m Draft Full Load: 9.0 m Displacement Standard: 24,020 t Displacement Full Load: 32,005 t Propulsion: 12x V12Z 42/58 diesel engines on three shafts, in whole 177,840 PS Speed: 34.1 kn Range: 23,760 sm at 15 kn Belt Armor: 200mm Main Artillery: 4 x 2 28.3cm SK C/34 L/54.5 Secondary Artillery: 6 x 2 12.8 cm KM40 L/63 AAA: 32 x 4cm L/56 Bofors + 48x 2cm C/38 L/65

This is still wrong ^^ this is with Atlantic Bow, without this bow Walter calculated 233,4 metres ;)

In therms of reality i mean, in therms of the game also a 200mm belt are not enough to be save against 8" shells... not to mention that a Alaska has a 225mm belt, a Kronshtadt has 230mm ... and if we go on, the Alaska and Kronshtadt has 9x 305mm (12") guns while our ship has just 8x 280mm (11") guns, and so on and so on... in direct compare to this two Super Cruisers the Falkenhayn is anyway a Tier 8 Super Cruiser, even if you including all the normal cruisers into this calculation Length Overall: 233.41 m Length Waterline: 229.00 m Beam: 28.0 m Draft Full Load: 8.5 m Displacement Standard: 24,998 t Displacement Full Load: 32,201 t Propulsion: 8x M12Z 42/58 diesel engines + 2x steam turbines on four shafts, in whole 174,000 PS Speed: 33 kn Range: 12,000 sm at 18 kn Belt Armor: 200mm Main Artillery: 4 x 2 28.3cm SK C/34 L/54.5 Secondary Artillery: 8 x 2 10.5cm C/37 L/65 AAA: 16 x 4cm L/56 Bofors + 8 x 4 2cm C/38 L/65

The armor has a layout to be save against 8" shells, the minimum to be save there is a 180mm belt, we give here a 200mm belt to be on the absolute save side

Falkenhayn — a community created Battlecruiser

I belive we already had clarified that this ship was and is designed as overheavy cruiser ... Wargaming always goes after the national classifications ... so it's anyway a cruiser and not a battleship Major My interpretation is a Tier 8 "Super Cruiser" ...
