El hecho de que no puedas conseguirlas mas de 24h cada una es mas por la simple razon de nivelar un poco a la poblacion, pues sino los muy buenos, o buenos sin mas, podrian estar usando banderas continuamente agrandando la brecha de calidad al tener tiers mas altos antes que los demas, que ya los tienen, pero incluso antes. Asi, tanto tu como ellos estareis mas igualados pues teneis un numero limitado de banderas. Lo demas es ser una plañidera y no saber lo que es un p2w.

Esos es imposible que te penetren de frente, mucho menos ciudadelas. La poblacion en liga 2 de cruceros es enorme, asi que puedes pasartelo pipa. Mejoralo entero, los barcos de serie son siempre peores que el anterior, la linea ijn sobretodo.

El mm es una risa, y en randoms muchisimo peor. 1 atago can free shoot without been detected and everyone and their mother can evade shoots changing direction and speed, if you only face monkeys good for you. Also, an ap contest with pensacola or new orleans if you know how to hide you cit (easy between salvos with the new rudder time) is a clear win, if you face a myoko or a mogami, that could be a diff story. HE spam is something low tier related in a cruiser vs cruiser duels the moment you leave cleveland or you get furutaka, still you think it as a valid anti cruiser method...sure mate, sure. And cruisers...well, you must be one of those who fires HE atagos that dont count on ap. If it suits you, good for you, but AP are an excelent option vs cruisers. Atago is not a mogami. And gameplay wise, is more of ibuki and myoko. And AP is perfectly good on those. I just tell you, if it suit you, ok, but atago have offensive torps, a no so good dpm and enough he to light people with no need of a 4 point skill.
