Just wanted to ask why this isn't a thing yet. Realistic speeds, weapons ranges, torps that can only fire once, ability to run out of ammo in general, realistic number of aircraft aboard carriers and so forth, possibly as a separate game mode, so everyone who can't handle it won't have to.

Just got back to playing after half a years break. What the hell happened? Anyone? This game used to be fun, and i just had 4 games in a row with not a single torp hit, because all fighters were shot down before they could drop. I know i could expect being a little rusty, but this is [edited]ridiculous! IRL whole fleets of 20+ ships would be unable to shoot down planes as fast as a sinlge cruiser can down them in this game! I'm guessing CVs are going to continue being nerfed into oblivion, so i'm probably not going to bother playing game 5... just wanted to hear if anyone had some consolation for this [edited]outrage. This used to be a brilliant game for [edited]sake! Who is responsible for this disaster!?!

just had a 5th game against all logic. sank a single battleship that was standing completely still... no challenge, no fun. Then i attacked a hipper and lost ALL squadrons before a single drop. He didn't have any support or anything... he just shot down everything on his own. this game is ruined. signing out. Good thing it was free to play. what a [edited]waste...
