  1. i was wondering on the wording. when the timer runs out will the boosters still contribute on the construction = it will take much longer to get it but the it will still be built?

    Submarines are Coming

    Kinda excited for subs and would like to test them out as well. Altho i am skeptical on the counter play. Spigots and dept charge launchers would be needed not only the driver over and drop charges. I think the best way to start is to have counter to subs and then balance them instead of making the super strong and then tone down. (would also lessen the negative impact of subs) Start from mid grounds and make them feel different and not too strong. After all subs are not supposed to be stronger than any other class on the contrary it is a hunter that preys on weak targets and isolated sheeps. I love Silent hunter and U-boat games and i hope some elements of these games would exist in the new submarine class. I love submarines when they are submarines and not carry all CV... (CVs were a mistake i assume. Could have been more like random event or swarm of planes that user picks and plays like World of warplanes. Current CVs are just plain boring I like the AA effects but the sounds are crap.) Just have subs as subs, keep the feeling of silent hunter, make it feel like this is your sub and that is my kill not a klick and dominate or derp (CV). You have massive potential here to make them interesting but that line is really really thin. Sub lovers will really quickly torp subs down if there is no real feeling of a sub. I want to see subs in the game and not some random steel tubes dominating the battles with out any proper counter (Cancer Vehicles = CVs)

    not every one reads forums.... You would need to make it reach more players but that 600 players are basically those who are active in the game and are more or less a core

    This update would not be too bad if it was made more by thinking ship classes. DDs could have bloom of 14 seconds. CA and CLs 17 seconds BBs 20 seconds Buffs to all more or less and a "fix" to a bug. 20 seconds on DD is bit too cruel as well for some CA/ CLs. Other vise i don't see that much harm if it were like that, but the current iteration doesn't take in account of ship needs and balance. It is true that some DDs relay on fire and hide tick tacks. Taking this from them is like crippling their core game play. The bloom time could also been modified in case you break LoS to something like this. All ship LoS break during a bloom 10 second penalty Or by ship class. DDs 7 to 10 seconds, CA/CLs 12 to 14 seconds and BBs 15 to 17 seconds (to make it scaling and bit more tactical / flexible) Could this be a solution??
