considering the fact this bug happen randomly since the beginning of the month and reluctance of WG to reboot the server, pray it won’t happen soon after the server reboot, otherwise whoever get it will have to wait another week. WG just give you 2 options: wait and forget about premium time loss or move away and never come back

so in So in conclusion – these who are affected just few days – they have to consider themselves lucky since there is people who are affected for a weeks Well done WG for scam people and hide behind ‘beta’ wall. I said scam because while you charge for your beta, you conveniently forgot to mention on disclaimer or somewhere else that service might not be active for a weeks Well done for false imitation of customer support Funny reply from the moderator – ask for constructive feedback and in the same time saying he can’t relay any feedback to developers/management – since the only proven fix is server reboot which has not happen, no explanation gives why not – this clearly show how much WG value their customers I guess buying premium was wrong decision because I felt cheated.

The thing, I don’t get it is if rebooting server (the only temporary fix known) once per day is so big deal why they allow people to buy premium? I’ve understand it is still beta and I assume server might crash time to time , reboot etc., but when you buy premium there is no any indication that you might not be able to use it for a week! And yes, lots of people are affected but many don’t bother to post since they didn’t bought premium.
