I shouldnt complain so much on support because Ive got answer on both my ticket and email within 24h on each, just didnt got the answer I needed. Be safe guys!

I have been playing WOW since beginning but mostly been playing WoT. A couple of Days ago I reinstalled WOW and found it fun again. I tryed to registrate my email for PT a couple a Days ago but didnt receive a confirmation email. I tryed to reset my account but it says server is down. I tryed to send in a ticket but it says "Sorry, we have some technical issueses at the moment. Anyone one know whats going on? I can understand if WG have staff problem in this horrible times but everything else works. Take care everyone!

I finally got in touch with support. However their quality wasnt so good. I told them I didnt get a confirmation email after I registrate and their answer was I need to registrate, and when I answer them I already done they said my account was Active on live server (they didnt check I was beta tester and been Active since beginning) and they didnt support PT. Anyway thx MrFinger and Wizard27!

I have big lag problem in the evening but only in the evenings so I agree custardSPARTA, must be server getting crowded. Daytime I have around 45-60ms and in the evening 80-180.
