Hi guys, after starting a battle, screen goes black. I can see cursor, map on the right side of screen and thats it. Any advice, please? Pic in attach

I downloaded DirectX. I tried to update graphic driver by intel driver utility. It wrote: contact your computer manufacturer. I went on his webside, but no grathic driver apdate was available.I still got the black screen.:-(
