Ports looks fabulous European Surprise boxes as said above give random tokens, it varies from 10(alot of times got that)/20/30/40 to 140 (only once for me) is this gonna be the live version also ?? Cause if it is and we are depend on rng to get a fix numbers of tokens to collect rewards in Armory ye say hello to pissed people that got unlucky.

Since you are talking about camos and missing paints we still have after so many months passed that the Helena special camo has missing the paint on her sec turrets, please fix it sometime or if your appropriate personnel dont have time for this out sourced it to one of the good modders we have around to fix for free. See pic for the problem

Im in the same situation as you describe, i have some doubloons accumulated slowly from free stuff and i wanted to spend it with the -25% coupon we have and Kii was one of the ship i was thinking (other ones is Massa/Tirpitz/Roma/Kaga/Lenin). i dont have the ship and i played just few game in Amagi in PTS server for comparison but here what i think: Torp Arcs are good but the torps are located in the back of the ship - its like Zao angles in the front side and a bit generous on the back - see picture for angles from wows fitting tool site) AA are nice but again it will only help you on bad/meh cv players cause good ones will avoid most of the flacks and bomb you in eternity Armor is weaker than Amagi and torpedo belt is way less (43%Amagi - Kii 25%) It has less sigma than amagi i think 1.7 i think its just a meh/okey ship but doesnt worth much in the current meta, i just wish in future WG will split jpn BB and we can get some fantasy brawling jpn BB that would be fun If you get it share your experience here :)

Good point but again that means more money to WG right Also we gonna get told that the game is too generous and we getting free captains/flags etc and we also can spend commander XP to retrain them for free

Its a pretty sad thing that developers deciding to totally rework IFHE with huge changes across the game when they can adjust stats only to the problematic ships instead of bombing everything in to their pass. I feel sorry for the coming storm for the PR/Community managers will have to handle. Simple changes to specific ships and/or making fires last less (25%) when you take IFHE or any other solution that the community told would be better than re-invent the wheel. Oh well i guess we will have another 6months/1 year of bug fixes/changes and all the lovely thing we adored from the past CV remake.

"Logically" the 25mm will go to 27mm Central part as the table in news saying but cause its a super cruiser can get some love and changes to her armor and maybe other ships of that caliber also get something. But ofc we all know how deeply developers think sometimes their changes before implanted on us.

It depends The low tier BB's have low range so you kinda need the range but higher tiers with good range you can safely go to turret rotation

First a side effect, when you change this upgrades you forgot to also change the rewarded upgrades from some missions from the Campaigns ex Yamamoto. I got some Tier6 upgrades reward but since you change it i cant mount it cause its the old model and i can only sell it for half price, i really dont care much but you should fix/change the rewards accordingly - hopefully before soviet cv line . Second some feedback from my tests to the new upgrades. T2: Combining the engine/rudder to one is really nice change T3: Main Battery Modification 2 : Really nice change removing the debuff for the reload and opening some variations cause you made the AA upgrade crap Torpedo Tubes Modification 1 : Nice option for some DD boats to pick between gun or torpedo gameplay AA Guns Modification 1 : One of the worst changes - you made a something meh/okay option to simply crap. DD/Cruisers gain 2sec from it and BB 3sec and all lost 2 clouds. I had the "privilege" to test in Zao on weekend (against Midway planes in random) and made no difference in the end - bad cv player (44%) eat all the flacks and was loosing his planes and good player (57%) was avoiding the flacks and casually bomb my origami AA ship. You should bring back the +2 AA cloud flacks back to make it somewhat decent option and keep the +20% preparation time of the priority AA sector also on it. OR add back the old debuff that made planes less accurate when we had DFAA on cause on the current state DFAA is almost useless. T5: Torpedo Lookout System : I think 1.8km is too much and nerfs some ships with low torp speed or deep water torpedoes - You should change it to 1.3/1.4/1.5 and maybe add back the 5% reduction to torpedo damage to compensate the change. Ship Consumables Modification 1 : I havent test that one but 10% is a bit too low even if you put it on Conqueror/BB's for extra heal maybe add a -10% to consumable cooldown so heals/repairs/radar/hydro etc come faster from cd and help you. T6: Auxiliary Armaments Modification 2 : Combining the modules to one is nice but adding the +2 cloud flaks on it with the requirement to have an active defensive fire consumable is joke cause most people take it on BB's and they dont have that consumable except some few BB ships. So or remove the DFAA requirement or replace it with some extra +5/10% hit probability to the AA since BB's have low % on that stat.

180mm guns will have identical HE pen to tier 8+ 152mm, so I wouldn't call it "balans"... yet. And only 180mm armed cruiser below tier 8, Kirov goes pepega premium, you can't have useful HE pen by default camrade. I was sarcastic but we all know that ships go in alot of test and rebalancing process so maybe soviet ships will loose their imp pen angles and/or get also some magical 1/4 Pen

Also Soviet split cruiser line is around the corner which will balance everything about IFHE right

CV legendary modules arent available for use unfortunately, they have been disable to re balanced them as they said and be available to NTC in near future

800.000 credit mission requires only a good high tier ship with all the economical flags/camo on it and with Premium sub on 150k can be done in a BB farming dmg and blaming your teammates also :p -

The same reason that lately they remove the scenario option in some Directives To force you to play in pvp battles and increase your time you spend playing in wows and maybe anger you so you spend some money on "surprise" boxes :) -

Georgia as you said can be a secondary spec with Engine boost and a faster Heal Repair cd but doesnt play much different than your Massa except the speed consumable. Thunderer is a more sharpshooter BB with good accuracy and good reload guns but doesnt have the heal that the RN bb's have so you must play careful is they are alot of HE spammers and dosent brawl that good. Smolensk is a daka daka ship that you will have fun for sure but you might get bored quickly if you dont like that gameplay. If you are a BB player go for Thunderer if you can aim good and you can position your self to take advantage of broadsides and avoid HE spammers - If you like Massa and you want a gimmick fun ship in T9 too go for Georgia else get Smolensk and see the world on fire :)

Its really easy to play in division even if you dont like to play with others Just when the battle starts/loads go to the division tab and click to make a new division with only your self in it :)

If you check on the last directive on PTS you can see a reward of a random T6 ship box. So i think its okay reward if they keep the doable missions they put in PTS for completing the directives and not increase it in a mega grind level as they doing lately.

I agree completely on this post from Mobius_Einherjar, i had completing ARP missions and collecting the ships for the fun of it while i was playing the game but now im stuck due to absurd requirements to get the 2 final ships im missing Nachi and Takao. Its ok on my book to have some hard tasks to get Takao but T9 ships is absurd so does to get Nachi with a T8 ship, if they lower their tier requirement and equal for the Tier of ship you compete its fine even if they increase the wins for the Takao mission. I was looking forward to finish my collection of ARP ships and start playing T8 but i wont bother if i have to be forced to play as they want
