The forwardmost and aftermost firecontrol turrets of Indianapolis aren't rotating onto target. Only the two Mk34's rotate, the Mk33's don't. Please, can we have that fixed?

Met creamgravy in his Campbeltown yesterday while divisioned with T0byJug and Trainspite also in our Campbeltowns. T0by ended on 6 kills and we lost to cream's team, while Trainspite and myself did very unimpressively. -
All I can see in your sig is a crossed over Pensacola But yeah, Königsberg is one of the best T5 CL's, second in firepower only maybe to Kirov, but even Kirov doesn't have such ferocious AP DPM. Also, here's a little breakdown I wrote way back when: http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/33574-koenigsberg/page__fromsearch__1

If they implement my and Trainspite's rework proposal, Pepsi is going to be a force to be reckoned with (finally) -

Still at 120. I haven't gotten the time to sit down and play in almost two weeks, and the bl00dy event just whizzed by -
Just to think that you have loads and loads more diamonds than I do, just because you get to play... I call unfair plane! Hax! I'll watch this tonight, I'm sure in for some laughs Oh and refer to first line of my sig xD

EM AND IFA. EM is needed to give you any possible edge and to make it possible for you to keep guns on target while you maneuver wildly to avoid incoming (due to you being spotted first in every game) IFA is needed to save you when you can't keep a look on every possible enemy ship around you. Suddenly you will see IFA pop while you're working someone over, and you'll just send your rudder flying in one direction, saving yourself from a lot of pain (and since you have EM, you'll keep guns on target) On lvl4 I went with DE, but I'm not sure if I shouldn't have gone with AFT instead. Your HE firechance needs that buffing if you want to have flexibility against all ship types, and your AA can do without the AFT, but if you gear yourself as AA, you'll be absolutely devastating to same-and-below-tier CV's, and you'll still be a significant threat to T8 and 9 CV's. IJN CA's can set 1 fire in ten shots on average with DE. I often had games in my Atago where I fired 120-130 shells (some of which were AP, mind) and set 12-13 or even 14 fires. No other line in the game has as massive fire setting potential as IJN CA's.

Well, if I have no chance of meeting people these last few days, at least I'm of *some* use : P -
I'm just trying to spread general knowledge to reduce [stupidity] ignorance on the forums

I'd say that it should be increasingly harder to knock out any subsequent turrets once a turret gets knocked out. I'll come up with a mathematical formula once I'm not at work.

What kind of maffia is unable to defend itself without government help? I say it's high time we start calling them BB kindergarten.

The Aoba's were heavily modified Furutaka's. Aoba and her sister were laid down as Taco's, but they were completed to another standard, to which Furutakas were upgraded later on.
-
I just realised that the only IJN CA up to the Zao with balanced firepower forward and aft is the Taco pre-buff.

Mogami has better deck armour as well as smaller flat vertical surfaces, which prevents CA calibre shell citadels from behind. The Mogami's AP however is markedly inferior to that of the NO, and NO is really tanky 1-on-1, I have experienced that many times sailing my Mogami. A bow on NO is hard to deal with with AP.

It took me time to get the hang of the Taco, didn't like it much, but I ended up grinding to the Aoba on a raw Taco with a pretty okay wr

She did in fact. Not by much, but at least the belt was designed thicker from the ground up.

There's a reason why many people think Cleveland should be at T8. The other day I've seen a Cleveland take on a Chapayev and just outright do a number on him at a 9-6 km gunduel. The Chapa never had the time to get his torps off. Historical accuracy is most often disregarded in "soft" stats like reload, turret rotation, HP pool, citadel area; while hard stats like armour thickness, angles and location is usally gotten right. Ships are tried to be balanced along their tiers, of course, but for some ships, like the Cleveland, it's just not viable. It is probably true that NO is underperforming when compared to her tier-peers (I like coming up with these word that end in "peer"), but again, I think that may be down to how different she is to her predecessor. The case with the NO is similar to that of the Pepsi from what I could see (some people hate it, others love it), although for different reasons. I can't comment on the ship in game terms, since I don't have her yet, but I'm pretty sure she's workable.

Maybe they want to restore HMS Belfast or ORP Błyskawica to running condition for us? Oh well, one can dream...
-
Cleveland has better armour than the next two ships in line because she's a much newer design than both. Pepsi was laid down in 1926 and NO was laid down in 1933 (I think), when Cleveland was laid down in 1940. Cleveland's CA peer is Baltimore. Not the treaty cruisers from between the two wars, but Baltimore. Cleveland is probalbly the biggest single reason why players hate the progression on the US CA/CL line: it shifts all over the place, which means that by the time you manage to learn to play the Cleaveland, you get a new ship which is completely different (and so a lot of [idiots] people [can't play] dislike it. Only two tiers later do you get a ship that is on par with Cleveland in terms of protection, because it's her peer CA.
