Yeah, well... I quit after two T6 CV's decided that it'd be nice to bumrush me at the beggining of the game, after I did 4k dmg... so there goes my only happy place today.

I had an absolutely terrible day in T7-8 today. Avg damage below 30k, I'm so sad. I went back to T4 clubbing where Yubari and Kuma are not disappointing.

Aoba has beastly AP output due to her buffed RoF (6 8" shots every 11 seconds is a LOT of DPM). She is probably your cruiser-killer of choice for T6, as she can citadel other CA/CL's from ranges up to 12km. Stay bow in at half speed and watch the puny 6" calibre shells bounce off your bow armour like they were candy. If you come up against a BB. spam HE at him, you have the highest single CA firechance per shell on the tier. If you're lucky you can set multiple fires in one salvo, and if the BB cpt puts them out, you can set him alight two salvoes later. Your maneuverability is also very good, you can dodge a fair amount, and if you're sneaky, in that dodging you can put out your torps that are going to hurt a LOT if they hit.

I think this reflects what you want a bit more.

Oh look, a thread that makes sense from Skybuck... I'd like it a lot if there was a "penalised" credit option for respeccing like there is a credit-priced skilldrop for the crew in WoT, but devs don't want to add that so far. Yes, well, I'd like it if they gave you the option to respec for free when they change the skilltree significantly. When they changed the gunnery skills (B/AFT and EM) they dropped all the skill points on all the cpt's. Regearing all those was a proper pain in the rear and took more than two hours for some people I know. So maybe a popup in the client saying: "skill tree changed, would you like to respec? Y/N" (not this rudamentary, but you get it) after a patch that chages the skilltree would be nice.

In my opinion, for IJN CA's, you should pick DE as the lvl 4 skill, for one very distinct reason: Your firechance is already high, making it 3% higher will help you bring in damage over time (DoT), which in turn increases your damage overall.

The only reason why I wouldn't allow ARP ships into ranked of any tier is because they don't get to apply camouflage and thus are at a disadvantage when compared to their regular counterparts. Fix'd

My (series of) mistake(s) contributed largely to the enemy player being able to delete me, but the point still is that it is more than possible.
