I think you've really hit the nail on the head there. If you had just said I would have put my tinfoil hat on and charged you against all odds, but as it so happens, I think you have really managed to get to a good point. I think that the basic server stats don't do full justice to the ships in question, not only because there needs to be a first and there needs to be a last, however small the differences may be, but also because of how well a ship is actually utilised to its strengths while countering it's weaknesses. The Omaha is generally regarded as a fun (and good) ships by players, yet still comes last in T5. I'm not completely sure that the ships' winrates are an exact metric of how good the ships themselves are, but rather of how well they are utilised by an average player in relation to the current metagame.

ASM1 and Vigilance stack together because they are passive abilities and upgrades that affect base aquisition. Hydro and Radar don't stack together, but they ignore concealment while active, Hydro for ships and torps, Radar only for ships.

The whole USN cruiser line (and to someextent the IJN one too) has falle victim to powercreep. German and Russian cruisers have insanely long range in comparison, which isn't a problem in and of itself, but the USN and IJN should get their ranges buffed to similar levels.

Will you kids ever learn?!? /OFF Yeah, as Dropsiq said: if you don't like the Omaha, you'll most likely not get along with the USN CL/CA line as they are one of the most fragile of the bunch. You can always try Cleveland, see if that works for you, as she's quite tanky for her tier, but beyond that point you'll struggle if you struggled with Omaha.

My bet still is on the T5-6 region. Mainly on Bayern now, mostly because of what he said about something being better than any other ship on the tier, while everthing else being worse across the board. That makes me think that the guns are excellent, only the platform is utter shite. Bit like... Like the Karlsruhe.
