Don't waste IFHE on british cruiser captains. The Belfast works well even with 1 skill captain but only really requires Concealment Expert in order to activate the 8.7km detection range which is the highest priority skill for any captain in the current british techtree. You can ofcourse make a dedicated Belfast captain but since demolition expert and IFHE have zero value for RN cruiser captains that captain will have to be retrained and respecced if you want to use him on another ship at a later point.

Just buy it, it is a really good ship and the only bad thing there is to say is that it can not be used to train british crew on, which it should have been able to do.

But it is not real people the players are speaking to when they wish cancer etc. etc. - it is the anonymous player handle that they speak to and that is what people forget and if that is taken serious and personal the problem lies with that person and not the one sending the insults or worse. No one knows one another or knows the true identity of others in online gaming thus insults can never be personal as that requires that the insulting person knows the identity of the receipient of the insult. Thus taking offence of ingame insults is a choice and an even more infantlie and ridiculus choice than the insults themselves. A player identity can not be offended because it is made up and and a player can not be offended on behalf of his or her player identity unless they have issues that require professional help. So long story short: If a player feels offended over ingame chat he or she is the one that need to look at him or herself and learn to ignore the toxic chat, which is just normal human behaviour when people are venting due to frustration - If you take offence of toxic chat you are the problem.

Historical mode didn't work in WoT because the battles didn't come with pre made thus pre balanced teams where each of the 15 individual slots had a predefined tank. Instead the players were allowed to pick their tank in advance of the battle thus making sure that every player always chose the strongest tank possible instead of playing all the tanks that particpated in the actual battles the historical mode were supposed to portray. Well actually Ibuki isn't really needed as it could have been replaced by the Takao class which already exist in the game.

Well, generally speaking, playing carriers is uninteresting and unengaging due to its RTS look and feel and especially the air to air element is abyssmally bad IMO. If the CV gameplay had more direct player control over the squadrons and had to personally aim and fire in a manner similiar to but not identical to the standard gun interface it could be more engaging and challenging but that would also require a complete CV mechanics overhaul and rebalancing. What I really miss is the epic carrier vs. carrier battles like the battle of Midway where the carriers objectives were to annihilate the enemy carriers but instead CVs go for DDs due to game winning mechanics. No such thing as squadrons of fighters performing CAP for the fleet or escorting the strike aircraft and no real depth to the CV gameplay - it is all about micromanaging and constant clicking.

At some point in closed beta the autodrop was actually on par with or even superior to the manual attacks so no need for the sarcasm and if the manual drop is alltogether removed and replaced with the old closed beta superior autodrop it would level out the differences in CV player's sklll because it will be far easier to play CVs. This will mean that the team with the inferior CV player will have a more even chance of winning than before.

It should not be possible given the armour layout and thickness of the Montana and the performance of the 6" SAP. I would report it as a bug to WG.

I could do this in the Bogue and if I can do this everyone else has the potential to do so as well. Tier V CVs shouldn't meet tier VI CVs though.

Queen Elizabeth class used oilburning boilers and had 2 funnels so the Iron Duke could just as well has kept the 2 funnels - but i wont be surprised to see some dreadnought era RN bbs with the original WW1 looks just like the König Albert. True it could have been far far worse . And yes the rape of the Kaiser class, nothing worth to put in this forum from my side....

WoWS could have had pre-dreadnought to dreadnought era ships to fill tier 1 to to tier 10 if ships such as Queen Elizabeth and Bayern classes were set as tier 10. I really wish that the multibattery ships such as pre dreadnought battleships and armoured cruisers had been in the game.

The Baltmore has 10.0s reload time for the upgraded guns so where do you get the 13.2s from?

It certainly would be if said players actually listened to advice, are capable of understanding why what they did was the wrong thing to do or are able to read and understand english which most players do not appear to be capable of. Hence venting on them is all that remain.

The battles are too short because it is too easy to kill ships. Up to 10 times greater hit rates than IRL with both guns and torpedos and a hit point based damage system combined with an low average player skill level inevitably leads to very short battles. Can only be changed if WoWS goes in the simulator direction which will not happen.
