Most likely you are not using the same email address for this account and for PT account. That is why you probably never received a reward on main account, as those emails needs to be the same. If you want to have it changed, please contact Player Support. You will get your hands on the submarines for sure, as every day you will get new token, that you can exchange in the Armory. You will get 7 tokens, so you will definitely get those submarines, latest in a week, if you are unlucky.

Kolikrát některé bugy, i když se identifikují a je na ně dost dat, tak se třeba ještě neopravily, jelikož buď se k tomu dotyčný tým ještě nedostal a nebo častěji případný fix vyvolá zase jiné potíže. Každý zásah do hry může vyvolat nějakou reakci. Proto třeba ň velmi dlouho nešlo opravit, jelikož tato oprava měla negativní účinek na kompletní font ve hře. A myslím, že i tobě musí být jasné, že vzhledem k počtu menších či větších bugů ve hře mají tito lidé, kteří se v tom rýpou, aby bug opravili, opravdu hodně práce. Třeba střelba přes skálu.. ta se opravila, ale objevila se znovu. Já sám samozřejmě netuším, co konkrétně se dělá aby se bug "vzal" a opravil. Ale něco mi říká, že to nebude práce na pět minut.

Prosímtě kolik těch ponorek na každé straně bylo v těch tvých bitvách? Já neměl to štěstí, tudíž jsem zkusil si vzít DDčko... na každé straně byla jen jedna ponorka, ale než stihla něco udělat, ostatní lodě její cíle roztřískaly. Taky jsem viděl, jak nepřátelská ponorka se snažila trefit Dunkerque, který byl k ní čumákem... vzhledem k tomu, že nebyla schopna trefit druhý sonarový ping, tak stojící Dunkerque docela dlouho v pohodě odolával, jelikož dostával jedno či dvě torpéda. Ono to s ponorkou zahrát není vůbec jednoduché. A co se týče ASW pro jiné třídy, pracujeme na tom.

Pak s největší pravděpodobností máš naprosto "čistý" systém. Ale stejně je potřeba projet plná diagnostika, pro jistotu. No a ta kontoluje i módy. Je sice pravda, že Podpora může odeslat šablonu se vším, ale ta šablona je spíše soupis všeho, čeho se vyvarovat. Tím vším však nechci říct, že Podpora nemůže udělat chybu. Samozřejmě, že může. Jen zkuste se na chvilku vžít do jejich kůže. Takových hráčů, jako jste vy, kteří se zajímají a snaží se bug report udělat pořádně je vyloženě málo. Já už pár náhodných tiketů viděl a řeknu vám, občas je to jen oříšek přečíst, co má vlastně daný hráč na mysli...

This is exactly the case. On PT queue was full of players with Submarines and just few of other players tried another classes. So now just a fracture of players will have submarines first day. But in the end of the week everybody will get his option to play submarines. Btw if you have relevant feedback about submarines, don't be afraid to post it here:

Omlouvám se, špatně jsem četl. Po přihlášení každý den dostaneš 1 žeton, který můžeš rozměnit ve Zbrojnici za náhodný balíček. V jednom v těch sedmi jsou schované ponorky. Je to takto uděláno schválně, aby lidi také testovali další třídy než jen ponorky. Přece jenom zkušenosti z PT, fronta byla plna ponorek a nikdo nechtěl hrát jiné typy lodí.

So at 6:30 BST yesterday PT went down as usual. It was down for approximately 30 minutes and after that we decided to prolong it until announced 10:30 CEST, which is 9:30 BST. Maybe you were trying in those 30 minutes and around 10:00 BST as you mentioned, when the servers were down. Servers are down now, but don't worry, second round will start soon - should be on Thursday, as usual.

Zjistí ti sestavu počítače a zda tedy v tvé sestavě není něco, co by mohlo dělat problémy. Poměrně nedávno myslím nVidie po nejnovějším updatu dělaly potíže. Také je důležité zjistit, zda hru nemáš omódovanou. Zkontroluje ti stabilitu rychlosti připojení k internetu. Ve WGChecku bude určitě ještě něco, ale už si nevzpomenu. No a toto vše je potřeba na kontrolu, zda je všechno správně a pak se tedy kontroluje daný bug kdy a kde se vyskytuje, co jej možná zapříčiňuje atd. Následně se tyto data posílají QA týmu, který se pak snaží na různých sestavách tento bug reprodukovat. Proč je to nahlášení bugu tak složité? Protože v naprosté většině někdo nahlásí bug, který bugem vůbec není a nebo má hodně omódovanou hru.

Přece jenom toto je něco jiného. Ty jsi podal jasný důkaz a navíc to mezitím reportovali i jiní, takže se to dalo řešit. Také jsem podle tvého návodu ten problém sám reprodukoval. Jenže pokud normálně hlásíš bug a prostě odmítáš tam dát WGCheck, který projete integritu hry, tak se nemůžeš divit, že ti podpora odpoví standardní šablonou...

Jen při přihlášení dostaneš 3 žetony, každý den. Tudíž v případě, že neotevřeš ponorky, tak alespoň bez jakékoliv práce dostane 1500 uhlí. Kde je řečeno, že si musíš něco koupit?

I checked the publications, if I've done a mistake while creating this thread or not. Investigating EDIT: So PT servers were shut down as usual at 7:30 CEST. Those information, that were posted here and everywhere else was mistaken on Portal, as there was a mistake (probably mistake made by calculating time zones). So PT is back online until 10:30 CEST!

To máš docela dobrý průměr 10 žetonů na kontejner. Tím pádem ti stačí získat někde 5 kontejnerů (třeba z článků) a máš Mikoyana U něho pak máš misi na 7*15 žetonů týdně

Almost yes There is basically only limitation of the number of tokens, that you can get from Directives, which is 18. When, how and for how much you will obtain those two last tokens is up to you. You can buy the starter pack and you don't need to finish all the directives. Or with the starter pack you have the chance to get some steel, if you finish building the ship before finishing all the directives.

Well this " Phases 19 and 20 can be completed only by spending doubloons." is of couse meant, that you can't reach them if you haven't spend any doubloon yet. So if you will purchase a tokens(phases) before, technically you can finish Phases 19 and 20 with Tokens that you received from Directives. This sentence in the article is basically confirmation, that you can't finish all phases "for free".
