Thank you for this "letter". Usually when somebody write an open letter, he demands some statement or action taken. I am not sure, how I can make any action there. Well atleast I can mention, that as was said in past, we are trying to produce ships, that basically there won't be two similar ships, especially for sisterships. Mostly in the beginning it was meant looking at Fletcher-class destroyers, which you can take plenty historical ones, which could be implemented into the game. But to be as historical as possible, most of them should be completely similar to each other. That is why we want to make ships with some changes, that were considered for example. You mentioned Weimar.. well, we want to place yet another cruiser, that players might be interested. Well, we can't go really far form main charactestistics of the line, which kinda Weimar would fit into. But it is still different from Yorck, isn't he? Are you sure you would like to see Weimar on tier IX?

Unfortunately nothing is planned in this regard so far.

True is, that only techtree ships can be put in training rooms. Probably something wih the case, that you can put there bots in premiums that you own. Oh this, yes sorry. Well, it was the same as before and I remember this was reported several times. It is basically, that those conditions can technically be filled in every game mode. So when desigining the combat mission it is either "pack of everything" or there is a need to pict those needed. The latter option is when we want to specify, that only in Rankeds, only in Randoms etc. So easily, just ignore that icon and in case you have those ships, just do that mission in Randoms or Coop (Rankeds are not available right now).

Actually true, that spotting, capping hearts caps and similar thematical stuff would better fit the topic. I can try to suggest that, probably for the future. Well, the Valentine's flag, what more thematical can be for Valentines? Also the camos. But still it will be yet another mission, that will be active during that period, so you will have the chance to collect much more during that time. And also, you can fulfill it in Scenario even, where kills are kinda easy to get.

This is classical "or" task. You could see those for example during Hizen dockyard. So basically if you have those ships, you can fulfill the easier part or you can try to fill the part which is for any V-X ship. So you always have the option to fulfill every task in those combat mission groups.

Indeed, actually I need to say, that this adjustments of the items in your metaphor now more fits what we both are talking about. The car is still the same, we both agree on that. Manufacturer decided to push CPU update which changes partial behaviour of the car, gives more options how to set it, but yet some previous settings are not available any more. Than here driver has an option to use advantages of that updated CPU or completely switch it off and drive only the stock version of his vehicle. I know, that some drivers won't be happy with those changes, but this is as it is. Actually I can compare this to Windows updates, kinda. They usually goes with bug fixes and implementing new features, that you can use, but most of us never actually use. But the thing is, that you have to update that Windows, even if you don't want to. Atleast we announce those changes in advance to leave some time to prepare.

Iowa svůj spot může stáhnout vylepšením či kapitánským skillem. Sice je pravda, že Hindenburg má pak 12.59, ale když to tak vemu, tak Hindenburg je spíše takový bitevní křižník, spíše se podobající bitevní lodi. Přece jenom i superstruktura spíše odpovídá bitevní lodi. Třeba takový Petropavlovsk také neoplývá výborným maskováním. Každá loď má holt jinak nastavené maskování přibližně odpovídající velikosti lodi a taky z balančních důvodů. Německá děla celkově nemají nic moc sigmu a disprezi. Pommern není žádným odstřelovačem. Ono celkově se spíše doporučuje s ním hrát na kratší vzdálenosti, už i z toho důvodu, že má velmi dobré sekundárky a torpéda mohou leckdy překvapit.

Yes, rentals kinda work.. for normal premium ships. But the problem for tech tree ships is, that if we would put that as a rental, it would be automatically unlocked, basically as researched. So only option would be to have special "testing"tech tree ships, which would be very time consuming to create and the gain wouldn't be great from this.

PT is for testing... so there is nothing bad, if players are testing tech tree ship they do not own. That is why their research price is very low, 1000XP for each ship, if I am not mistaken. And with those ships you can always test other new stuff that came to the game and are being tested on PT. But to answer the original question here. As other mentioned, there is unfortunately no way how to test drive ships you don't own.

Well, if you hate to see this ship in your port, you can still contact support to simply remove this ship from your port, but without a claim for compensation. As it is tier X special/premium ship, it has no real reason to sell it. As other mentioned here, you can keep it in your port to have the option to blow off one more snowflake. Also as it is special ship, maintenance cost is 50% compared to tech tree ships and you can use any russian commander on this ship without the need to retrain him (or her in case you have Dasha).
