Probably it was too safe zone there with so many irrevocable ranks. Even in Bronze still it is Ranked, so you have to show your skills. Even bronze league should remain some skill-based and not just exercise as you mentioned. That is why in my opinion, irrevocable ranks should stay the same, to have it a little difficult, as everybody need to show off those skills to be able to jump through ranks.

So you mostly meet Musashi as the main BB in those? what about Jean Bart for example? Also having the need of Musashi on both sides definitely wouldn't work and banning also doesn't have much sense in Ranked. In Clan Battles it is something different, there the individual performance can be adjusted to tactics of the Clan division. But here it depends on your particular performation. Of course it can happen that one team wins just basically roflstomp other team, but this can happen to anyone in any battle. Your only DD make a mistake and is deleted in first minutes, after that entire team lost spotting option and have huge disadvantage. How can you assure, that teams will be equal, so battles would be fair?

Testers and also players during PT mentioned, that 11.1km range of Atlanta is very low, so as we understood that, we decided to dirrectly buff her range. But to gather further data, how this buff actually worked in terms of the effectivity of that ship, we decided to leave Flint with the same range as it has before. We still can buff her, but we can't nerf her. Please, provide, if you had that. We never directly nerfed any premium ship. Some ships could have been negatively influenced with global change, but it was never direct nerf.

To buff or as you mentioned compensate those ships, you need data and analysis of how much they were "punished" or became worse than before. It is simply not possibly to blindly buff everything, as we can't nerf premium ships. So with buffs of premium ships we need to be cautious not to go too far. That is why Flint didn't get same buff as Atlanta, as it has smoke and therefore some advantage comparing those two ships.

1) New set of maps. I would love to see new maps too. So how those maps should look according to you? Which style (desert, winter etc.), size of the map, probably inspired by historical location? Big islands, corridors, open sea? 2) How would you expect "better epicenter"? 3) Nicer looking camos. That will be very subjective, but still, what pattern or style you would like to see? 4) With the schedule, you would like to play outside prime times? or what do you think about that schedule? 5) Naming commanders would be nice, atleast now you can change the name before recruiting the commander. But also with this some historical and unique commanders would loose some special flavour.

IMO all those ships are really dependent on situation and on player' skill. Musashi can be strong, but also very vulnerable. It is the same with plenty premium ships that were sold before, but are not in Armory or anyone else. With overrated Soviet ships, what exactly do you have in mind? Unfortunately you can't return the ship after long time using that. After purchase you have limit of 24 hours and maximum of 5 battles played, to be able to ask for return. But nothing outside that. We understand, that currently playing with Flint can be frustrating, as she is looking at Atlanta, who got her range buff. As we mentioned, we still closely watch the results of Flint and when we decide we need to do something here, we will. But so far no ETA for that, as it is also not sure, that it will happen.
