Bohužel nemůžu specifikovat kdy a jak bude jaká loď rebalancovaná. I když osobně bych taky rád viděl Romu buffnutou. Jestli budou další historické trupy odebrány? Upřímně, nevím. Návrat daných trupů na stejné lodě není bohužel příliš pravděpodobný. Nevylučuje se příchod nových lodí s tím trupem, ale opět zatím pouze teoreticky. Nejsou bohužel informace o tom, že by se Fubuki měla nějak upravovat. Pravděpodobně ano s těmi holandskými kapitány. So it means, when you will finish building ZF-6 somehow (pure whale, starter packs + phases from missions), for every other phase you would get from remaining combat missions, you will get 3000 Coal and 200 Steel. Maximum amount of steel you can get is 3 800, as only 19 Phases you can get from combat missions. Is that more clear for you?

You are correct. As it was described in the article, those ships are not as much effective around caps or fighting other DDs, especially not gunboats. I would say, it is something like very small CL without citadel. Strange, as we don't have any spike of disconnections or players suddenly lost on server visible. Maybe try to report that to CS, with WGCheck, so CS can check what probably happened to you.

Most likely it can be a bug. So when you encounter any change, especially technical one, which wasn't described in patchnotes, always report that as a Bug report to Customer Support. Yes, both ships have the same starter packs. So it players decide to purchase smaller starter pack and rest from missions, the amount of doubloons needed to get the ship will be the same for ZF-6 as for Hizen. Btw bigger starter pack for Hizen was for 9950 doubloons and gave 10 phases. So when purchasing both starter packs and finishing the rest for doubloons, it will cost 38 150 doubloons. The same for Hizen would cost 38 350 doubloons. Not by much, but it is slightly cheaper. But let's say, considering the little difference and same price for small starter pack, so same lowest price needed, they are same expensive. If you complete the construction of IX ZF-6 by spending Doubloons, make sure to keep completing Dockyard combat missions—each phase will bring you 3,000 Coal and 200 Steel. Until you will receive third phase from combat missions.

It should have been done with arrival of 0.10.3. I will investigate on why it wasn't sent yet. Update: So there is a slight delay as this crediting is done manually (data needs to be reviewed before we will send all those achievements to those, who should get this achievement. Most likely you experienced some hiccup of the premium shop/armory, during first hours after the update was released. Regarding those stuff in game, usually it it not 100% stable in very first minutes, but generally should be fine. I am kinda interested, what CS will reply to you in this case.

Sorry, my bad... true is, Colombo should better have a designation of overgrown shotgun cruiser, than battleship. I even saw suggestions, to play Colombo as overgrown Venezia. But I agree, better sigma would be good with this ship.
