You probably didn't have any item of KoTS collection from previous KoTS. Because those items are dropped only during KoTS. This collection is here for already 3 or 4 KoTSes. So if you might not be able to finish the collection during KoTS XII, most likely you will have the option during next KoTS. But it is also not sure, that it will still be there, as this collection is running already for some time.

It works in a way, that 14days of premium are added to your account as soon as you click the button, regardless if you done that on 1st May or you will do it on 14th. For example, I did clicked the button and received those 14 days, even though it is 3rd May already.

Hello. By random map generator you mean, that islands would spam randomly on map, something like sandbox? Though in general this is not a bad idea, as it would bring plenty variety, but still it is highly unlikely something like this will happen. We have entire department working on to create models of all maps, now also underwater. It takes plenty time to design all those islands, special buildings, also small stuff like some boats, busses, moving planes on airfield etc. Each map is different featuring some Easter eggs and are designed in different style. Also there is one big demand, that both spawn sides are equal, so nobody has advantage spawning for example on the north etc.

Sorry if I disapointed you, but not every time somebody complains about one of game mechanics, we come with the removal, fix or other solution. We constantly are analasing data regarding radars in plenty different circumstances and if needed we may think about some change there. But one thing is completely certain - we are not planning to remove radars from the game.

Yes, you can create a CS tickets explaining, that you made this particular mistake and therefore you want to cancel the purchase or you can try to suggest the move to that second account of yours. If you still have those doubloons on that account, it shouldn't be a problem.

Well, if he would be just sailing around and obviously not doing anything, it would be against the rules as unsportsmanlike behaviour. Though his tactics and result was definitely bad, but as he dealt some intentional damage and wrote something to chat... unfortunately this is not really against the rules, imo. He showed just a little of intention to be teammember, but obviously, he just wanted to hunt CV. I personally would like to get rid of those players, but unfortunately we can't punish them for their own decision or bad teamplay.

You still can buy "naked" Atago, without all this in Premium shop. It started with Flandre, which is not copy/pasted ship and it is possible that all new premium ships will have that note. For future this would allow us to apply balance changes on those, if needed. But all premiums sold without this note won't be directly touched in negative way.

Well, bundles are definitely not a sign of communism. Communism would be "everything is a property of everybody", but honestly, for any bussiness trying to make money, communism would be the worst thing, as everything would now belong to the state. I was born a year after the revolution in Czech republic, so I can't really testify of what was during communist times in my country, but honestly I never heard of the need to by a desired book bundled with other ones.

Sice souhlasím s tím, že peníze hýbou světem vlastně úplně všude. Jenže zrovna toto 14ti denní prémium je zadarmo, stačí si ho jen vyzvednout a nemusíš za nic platit, či cokoliv investovat.

Zpětná vazba od testerů se neignoruje a nahlíží se na ni. Taky výsledky se porovnávají se sesbíranými daty. Navíc častokrát se stává, že vypsané pocity z lodě se neshodovali s výsledky dané lodě ze sesbíraných dat. Ovšem i se zpětnou vazbou napsanou zde to hned neznamená, že to přesně takhle my uděláme. Testeři mají možnost ty lodě zkoušet a testovat a tím nám poskytovat relevantní data, jak se dané lodi daří v prostředí live serveru. Pak samozřejmě pokud je zájem mohou testeři vypsat dotazník, který však není povinný. Chápej to tak, že vidíme, že třeab tato loď za tolik bitev má třeba takový průměr v těchto statistikách, čímž převyšuje ostatní lodě. Jenže tady TesterPepa napsal, že je to křáp, a TesterFranta naopak tvrdí, že je to OP. Kolikrát totiž pocit se neshoduje s tím, jak se dané lodi vlastně daří. Z-31 není silná, samozřejmě. Ne všechny lodě, co vydáme musejí být silnější než ostatní. Případ Smolensk... jak samotní testeři, tak i lidi se spíše rozcházejí v názorech a to velmi diametrálně. Dokonce i data ukazují, že ta loď není OP, ale v jistých situacích OP být může. Austin... kolik lidí tvrdilo, že se to nedá hrát a pak najednou někteří zase hlásali, jak je to broken OP. Kde pak je pravda? V sesbíraných datech a statistikách, které nejsou zabaravené subjektivitou. Pak jednotlivé názory mohou být taky motorem pro změnu, mohou, ale nemusí.

A proč bychom měli tyto programy rušit? Možná jsi to špatně pochopil, ale kontributorský program není od testování lodí, ale od streamování a vytváření videí. Obdobné je to u Korzárů, jelikož tento program zase čítá členy, kteří dělají něco pro nás a pro komunitu ve svém volném čase a dobrovolně, ostatně sám si Korzár, tak to znáš. Supertesteři zase mají své vlastní tasky a vlastně práci na Supertestu, kterou musejí dělat. Všechny tyto skupiny pak jako jednu z odměn mají přístup k testovacím lodím. Není to náplň práce členů těchto skupin. Přesto jsou všechny tyto skupiny pro nás důležité jednak pro vypsané review a hlavně přes veškeré data, které jsou s těmito testovacími loděmi zaznamenány na serverech. Změny se testují, ale stejně zásadní pak jsou data sesbíraná ze ST, PT a následně z live serverů. Přece jenom interní test ti nikdy neukáže jakým konkrétním způsobem nerf ovlivní výkon dané lodě be všech bitvách, které odehraje.

Co se týče nastavení kapitána, tak to je vždy velmi subjektivní názor, které skilly jsou nejefektivnější. Každý preferuje jiný styl hraní a každý chce boostit něco jiného. Před nákupem tedy je vhodné se poptat dalších, jak jim to jde a jaké nastavení kapitána mají. Navíc velmi pravděpodobně to nastavení bude takřka identické jako to, co máš u ostatních podobných lodí. Navíc ta možnost bezplatného nastavení kapitána jen na té jedné lodi by vlastně otevřela možnost si překopat všechny kapitány toho národa, jelikož samozřejmě na prémiové lodi nemusíš kapitána specializovat na danou loď. K tomu taková možnost by vlastně nastavila další negativní věc. Vlastně hráči by nadávali, že nabízíme volné reskilly pouze pod podmínkou zakoupení prémiové lodě, čili de facto za peníze. Navíc by byly zvýhodňovány pouze ty národy, jejichž lodě zrovna jdou do obchodu. A ohledně těch vlajek, je to velmi nepravděpodobné. Vlajky klanu by ještě jakš takš šly, ale bohužel vlastní text by akorát vedl k tomu, že by lidi tam rvali sprostá slova, nadávky atd.

Unfortunately those "hackusations" happen quite often, especially during dev strikes, detonations etc. As mentioned, those are coming only from lower skilled players and any training won't change their mind. You can also meet plenty of those complainers, just sending reports being sunk etc. Honestly, I would like to see our entire playerbase being much more skillful, but that won't be possible. Those that doesn't want to learn tactics and mechanics deeply, will never learn, unforunately.

Yes, possible inluding of torpedo ricochets would be indirect buff of any ship survivability, so also BBs, which are usually the main target for torpedoes.

There is always some chance of certain ships return for purchases in future. But so far nothing announced in this regard. Unfortuntately there is also a possibility, that she will never be included in sales again. But yet again, just possibility. Can't confirm or deny anything until these information are officialy announced. That is highly unlikely to happen. Radar is one of the biggest parts of the game and therefore I don't see a real reason, why this should be removed.

Well, definitely. It openned plenty new threads and topics to discuss about. Also from those discussions sometimes some nice ideas and suggestions are gathered, which can be presented to devs. Though it would be historical, it would bring plenty possible issues, about needed angles for that, what about deep-water torps etc. It would also be quite a significant nerf to every torpedo ship, especially DDs.

If you have Auctions in mind, so far we haven't announced, if there will be ships or not. So maybe even more possibilities to make you surprised
