    The Langley has extremely low speed for an carrier (16 knots) every other Carrier (until now) has bout the double speed of the Langley (inly the Lexington is a little lower at 28). This makes the Langley a bit annoying to play as you simply cannot dodge anything, but every other carrier is much better in that regard. but I agree with the rest you sayed in your post.
