They're gone from the Armoury and I've seen a WG announcement dated 6/10/21 saying "You can get submarines to rent for 7 days by completing sequential combat missions that are updated every 2 weeks" but I can't find any missions paying out subs. So how do you get them now?

6! Wow, if you got them as rewards for gaining XP then you must be Admiral Nimitz himself or sommat! Have you tried the playing the subs? It's funny - the subs on WoWS are about as popular with existing players as the real submarines were with the surface fleet sailors when they were first invented around 1900. Rear-Admiral Arthur Wilson VC, 1901: "Submarines are underhand, unfair, and damned un-English. ... treat all submarines as pirates in wartime ... and hang all crews." Yep, sounds familiar...

Ha! I should do the missions I couldn't find. I'm guessing your 'friends' are all on-line, right? Yeah, there's a reason for that... good luck fella. Anyway, I found them now - hidden under COMBAT MISSIONS / COMMON / Complete 3 missions... Well, it looks like the wingers and moaners have won - WG has effectively withdrawn subs from the game... except as a perk for obsessive premium players.
