Yes, because equal or higher skill will mean your bb will fly into the sky and also evade torps like a race car especially when the CV will cross pattern you with a 3 torp and 1 bomber sqdr. Where are these people coming from? Oh right , elitist land. -

Good to see someone is taking this seriously The point i was trying to make is that currently the RNG is too predictable. I basically know when i'm about to have a FORCED bad day. When you start up a game and win everything and the other day you will loose everything no matter how well you play it's getting to a point : hold on , there is no point in playing anymore because today i'm going to get rekt anyway. In WoT it's the same thing , just to give you an example: My skill is the same but yesterday i played at a certain unicum level , today i'm a noob. Same tanks , same everything , same skill... but why do i miss more often , why very bad team ...you know the drill. So to me it's bascially : good->bad->good->bad and the cycle continues. Seems in World of Warships it's the same. So , my idea is : Make it less noticeable than in WoT if it's impossible to remove it. You know , make it "more" RANDOM. 1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2 is not random! -C -
One day you miss inexplicably from 3km range or you do 300 damage the other day you do 10.000k damage with one citadel shot from the other side of a map. One day you win game after game , the other you you will loose whatever you do. Of course you die when the RNG makes you miss like crazy and the enemy does 7k on his first shot. This is not a fair system at all WG. I mostly platoon with 2 of my friend and they all report the same rigging. The problem is that is gets too repetitive to point you just stop playing because there is nothing you can do but be another poor soul that will get rekt or just meat for others to have fun with. Is this what this game is all about? Sad to see this communist system implemented in WoWs too Is WG incapable of developing of a fair MM and eliminate RNG?

That is not RNG in CS , it's actually how a weapon should perform when not fully aimed. In World of Warships no matter how well you aim , you can miss from 3km if RNG said so. I find that laughable As i said : RNG is not RNG in World of Wargaming. It's Rigged Number Generator. The worst part is that it's too predictable. You can sense when "rNG" [edited] you up , it's not only me , i get the same reports from the platoons i got into ...and i just quit the game because I'm not fighting against players here i'm fighting against RNG. -

Seems you have very but very limited idea of online games. Could you please describe the RNG in Counter Strike for example? The point i'm trying to make is that RNG is not RNG at all in this game. And i tought that could be changed in WoWs but boy i was wrong. It's the same idiotic "we'll make you loose" system as in World of Tanks. My skill is the same, it can't go -
i got stutterings even at 50ms ping so i doubt it's that. i thing it is more to do with poor optimization.

didn't we learned enough from World of Tanks? Didn't we learned enough that a system that involves skill for scouting does not work in a mmo where all sort of brainless people aim to HAVE FUN?! And please note that in WoT it is actually a pretty simplistic way to scout but even so most of the people don't know how to do it. Sorry , just no. The battles are already lengthy enough we don't need extra 5 minutes to proper scout the ships. Scouting is not passive at all. Just play a DD. I don't have experience with Carriers but from what i can tell you should put your fighters and torps into the air as quickly as possible because everyone should know the typical routes of a BB/CA on any map. No? -

You can face 3 ships and get victorious. Hard but it can be possible. Depends on the ships , your skills with torps , the use of terrain/islands , luck/rng and enemy noobness . Just like in WoT. -
Please note i'm not using a premium account Ok so here goes : 1. Game in a tier 5 non premium american destroyer : 66 hits . 2 torp hits , 6 criticals , 2 kills , etc etc Manage to get 165.000 credits, take away the ammo ,repair bill (which is fairly small for this tier) and still an hefty profit for this tier. 2. Now let's see this tier 7 Premium what is capable of (game was mostly tier x and 7,8: 165 hits! (almost triple than the tier 5 destroyer earlier) , 3 torps ,1 critical , 2 destroyed (both of them were high tier carriers . All that is missing are hits to citadel but that is pretty much rng-istic achivement anyway. Given the much higher cost of repairing this thing (aprox 35-40k credits) i'm left with ..well 150.000. And that is from a very good game. A bad game (where you actually loose ) and where a lucky rng shot blows you up gets you , after repair bill and such , harshly 10k profit. I don't find these things " money printing" Aren't premiums supposed to print a lot of credits? I mean what are their uses if i can match their value in credit making with a tier 5 destroyer? This never happened in World of Tanks. No matter how hard you tried you never ever manage to do the same amount of profit (good games) in a tier 5 non premium tank vs a tier 7 premium. In a premium Type 62 for example , an exceptional good game will get me close to 100.000 credits. That is actually twice or more than what i get in my tier 5 in an exceptional game. So what gives?

profit was higher for the tier 5 destroyer or roughly the same, i don't find this normal. Premiums should have that "money printing" advantage. If can do the same with a tier 5 destroyer well... i would like my money back please beta or not , fine ...that's what these posts are for. To change the things. -
Well i had my share of games and the problems i found with this game are : 1. Jap Battleships are currently too strong. Let's say i'm in a 1 vs 1 in my american destroyer against a jap battleship. I use my sneak/smoke ability to get it close to launch my torpedoes. I use my mobility to launch the other side of torpedoes. 5 out of 6 torpedoes hit. Didn't even take half of his health. Kills me with his second batteries , didn't even had to aim his main batteries on me. So again , how is a tier 5 destroyer manage to kill a tier 6 battleship? Right. It can't. Weren't destroyers nick-named battleship killers? In real life 3-5 torpedoes were just enough for any battleship. You have to reward the skill of getting close and use terain to get close to a battleship. 2. Too many people camp behind islands. Sick and tired of battleships camping near island and just wait for your destroyer for a one shot. Here is a scenario : 2 battleships camp perpendicular right next to a island.If you want to launch your torpedoes you have to get in range of their guns , needles to say you are one shot to one bb's gun nevermind two. They can cover themselfes pretty much and also provide decent air cover. You cannot get close without him spotting you , if planes want to take a round on the those campers have to pass the island. Insert and AA good ship in there and you have an impenetrable camping spot. Well played. 3. Spamming shots because unlimited ammo/torps is not fun. Ships should have limited ammo/torpedoes.More torpedoes on destroyers , less on cruisers (the ones that have) 4. I really hope MM will be fixed. 5 battleship / game and 3 destroyers while the rest cruisers and no carrier is not fun . Not fun at all. They should limit some classes if they don't want to nerf BB's.

there are bb's sunk by 2 torpedoes in WW2. i didn't request that in the game but still firing 2 salvos of 3 torps should send her to the bottom. not laugh in my face, they are too strong right now considering one needs some brain to get close to it while bb can shoot me from 20 km with a lucky rng shot.

There is a reason you see a lot of BB's. They are good. Mobility does not affect a 2 bb camping spot near an island. Same as trolling guns in WOT 6k+ range on torps? Not on tier 5 american destroyers. firing torps from within 5-5.5km range doesnt not ensure hits if the bb is manuevering. And they do because they are not stupid. In World of Tanks , you can kill an heavy tank if you manage to infiltrare and circle them in your scout. You can't here because you know ...second battery. Even if you hit them you do too few damage to care. As i said , the logic would have been : 5 torps would kill any BB. Not in this game. If a bb doesn't care about 6 torps then why should i loose my time putting myself in danger and shoot them?

honestly not being able to keep you progress after OPEN beta is just dumb mainly because everyone can play and progress done is actually fair to other players. I for one will skip the open beta just because that. -
Played SH3 a lot (GWX3.0) and i am one of the few that actually played it with real life time passing. (left my pc open for the entire month lol) Hardcore. I know i even deposited bananas and oranges in my room for the voyage. And nights i wake up for my bed after WO screamed to my 70% volume speakers : Schiff gesichtet!!!! OmG.

and here we start again with people taking this too seriously and shoving that elitist crap all over again.. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to learn your way in this game. I started with my tier 7 premium and did well. I just watched some gameplay before. Stop being so elitist and let people play this game. It's a beta, that's what beta's are for. It's the time where people try all sort of strategies , some bad some good. Let them have it. -
You can have fun at any tier. It all depends on your perspective.

so sad to see this stuff and people having an unfair advantage in a game at the cost of their integrity. it pretty much shows their personality. yes , WG can ban and keep their game free of this mod but probably at the cost of other mods (a.k.a no mods allowed be that good or bad).
