Whats your take on the Russians being added before the British in WOWS ?

It may be "historical" correct to add russian navy later - but this is not the point. WG decides for economical reasons to get the soviet first. They may also decide to get the chinese before the german or some other nation - depending only on market-reasons. If they could open a new market on mars, they would get the martians navy.
