    Hang on! So; 1. Most chatbans you received were well deserved; 2. 1% you don't see coming (so that 1% is not well deserved in your opinion); Why would WG waste resources on reviewing automatic chat bans if 99% are well deserved. I wouldn't if it was my company. 99% hitrate is quite enough for me. Would you waste the money?
