Nobody else seemed to notice this but Tier V Ships did not have any Festive Rewards during the PT only Tier VI and up

2 Years ago you got 200 Steel for each Premium T8 and up, T2-T4 Premiums gave Coal (now nothing) and T5-T7 gave more than silver ships of that tier, since last year, there is no more bonus for Premium. So yeah, used to be better

I thing the new effects are a huge step forward, but what I have noticed is that they sometimes cause immense frame drops (from constant 60fps to about 15-20fps). When the animation is finished, everything goes back to normal. And it definitely is not my pc, I have an i7 4770k overclocked to 5.5 GHz, 32 GB RAM and a GTX1080!

It's also not working in my Mutsuki, worked before last patch, Captain not in retraining, but engine definitely not working, same as rudder (also the message appears, that it is jammed).

Totally agree with it, it is just ridiculous to cut down CLs in this way. And why the hell did they add a upgrade for US Battleships to increase their firing range by 16%? Actually I like it, but I miss this on Cruisers and on Japanese ships as well! They don't need the 16% because of their long stock range, but those 16% make a real difference between those two nations now! And for Cruisers I would like to see something like this too, or get back the skill for up to 155mm (10% would be enough, but nothing is just...) And by the way, it will totally suck if it will not be possible to redistribute captain skills for free!!!!
