Its a micro lag, a delay between what your client thinks is happening and what is happening on the server. Extreme examples are known as 'rubber banding'. Possibly due to server load as after the server restarts in the early hours of the morning it isnt generally an issue.

Same problem, although it is inconsistent in as much as sometimes I can join the map before the battle has started, as it was until this patch, or more often there is a delay getting into battle and sometimes by as much more than one minute although the average is more like 30 seconds or so.

I believe that the HP of a ship is based on the tonnage of the ship 1HP = 1 tonne

At 25 gold a pop being able to unlock/demount modules you have added to a ship can be worth as much as 600,000 credits, especially so when you get to the higher tiers and the extra options offered. With the accelerated earnings in cbt it can still make sense to do this, although in obt it would be a no brainer. -

I had it happen to me earlier with the new tier5 IJN CV, squad 3 TB's (the last time I bothered checking) were 130km or so off the map, despite being tasked to a target and then repeatedly told to return to carrier.

There is a known UI bug. Check your game results you should see that you are still getting the premium amounts and not the standard ones. -

This wasnt an issue for me before or until the last patch. I can remember seeing 5.5k people on the server on the two weekends following the start of CBT 12/03 and the game wasnt lagging then. I have played everyday since 12/03 and it is only recently that micro lags have become a permanent feature of the game i.e. since the last patch. It isnt good, I dont like them as they interfere with my vision and cause me to have to stop playing. Surely this isnt what WG want from their brand new title if it isnt to go the same way as WoWp and be a bit of a disaster.

Not only is it just torps from behind BUT I am noticing more often than not its when the enemy are also out of range, and stupidity is a difficult one to overcome.

I have seen people suggest that it might be anti-virus and/or firewall. Have you made sure that if you are using one or both of these that you have allowed access?

shared gfx is killing you. I guess your graphics are this from the details you posted http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/hd-graphics/hd-graphics-developer.html WG seem to have an issue with their game optimisation compared to some others. Im running a GTX970 and dont see the performance in this title (or WoT/WoWp) that I would expect to see from others. *58fps @2560*1440 res and high gfx game setting 70Mbps Fibre connection 48-52ms ping average
