To see the reload of torpedos counter not working would require a video replay and then firing them with the icon remaining green after and no reload timer, as the screenshot as a single frame proves nothing.

Intelligent whiners has the ring of an oxymoron about it edit: just had a cv player, afk, maybe the delay getting into the map, however 5 or so minutes into the game he got tb'd and db'd to death, only to appear at the end when we were losing to say "bad game, Im out", when all I could think* was "you were never in" *the difference between needing to publicly whine and getting on with it!

Whilst not wishing to be argumentative, the matter of the facts are that the microlags/stutters have been fixed by this, which 'suggests' that the problem was your side. Occasional lag spikes still happen but that is far from being an issue because currently they are very intermittent, however the delay in getting into battle is still a problem. In case in doesnt seem like it I am extremely grateful for the fix thank you.

Just tried a game with the fix, much better.

That waiting time AFTER the blue bar can be anything from 'in before the battle starts' (rarely now) to in a game earlier this evening 1 minute and 30 seconds (also rarely) with the waiting times in between those extremes occurring randomly, with no apparent link to map being chosen, time of day, numbers of players on the server, number of players in the particular battle.

I dont think tiering is as relevant to potential game success here as it is in WoT. For example the St Louis at tier 3 is more than capable of taking down a tier 4 cruiser

There was an auto penalty system introduced with this last patch.

I imagine the rewards are set at the levels for obt. The current levels of earnings for both credits and xp are boosted.

Did you actually get an email from WG saying you had made a payment? I always get one (backed up with another from paypal who I use) if I have bought something/anything, if you havent i would suggest that your payment hasnt gone through and would check your bank account to see if that is the case. Sometimes there can be a short delay before stuff appears on my account but this is never usually more than 30 minutes or so.
