Some transport ships that you need to screen..coastal batteries that control passages you need to blast...airfields on islands that need supression The possibilities are endless but I agree that first the game needs to work flawlesly before expanding in that direction. -

For the same reason you see Cruisers not trying to shield precious CVs or BBs. People like to do their own thing and believe others will do their job for them. Thus not many do what needs to be done and games are lost because some decide team work does not apply to them.

When I started playing not so long ago this beta I noticed the missions moving along as I happened to acomplish them while doing my thing. I barely looked at them as most of what I did sooner or later happened to fit right in. I like Cruiser so that eventually I have this game where I shoot down 10 aircraft. Much the same with the winning battles as so on. Now...I do not play nor have I yet played much in the way of Destroyers. I have left this class of vessels on the sidelines as I worked up my BB levels in Japanese and now American and the US Cruiser line. It has now come to happen that while I have been fullfilling the random missions I have been ignoring and not completing the torpedo ones. Since they do not disapear after a while as not being used now I have three torpedo missions which block the apreance of any other random or planned missions. Outstanding missions should have a deadline whereupon a new fresh mission should pop up. I do not like (at this time) Destroyers. Why should I have to go through them and fullfill tropedo missions so that I can get extra credits for shooting down planes or killing ships/ winning battles? Please add a deadline for active missions. It makes no sense to force the player to switch ship types only to refresh the missions.

Since I do not play anything that drops torpedoes, I am still stuck for more than a month with three torpedo missions that never rotate or expìre. This is a tad unsatisfactory IMHO. Give missions a natural expiration date upon which another random one comes up.

A mí me va por horas y a veces ni así. Por las mañanas suelo tener rachas buenas de partidas perfectas. De repente se sabotea todo y se me lanza el ping a 300-700 y más. A veces tiro el juego abajo, me reconecto y todo va bien como que a veces sigue todo igual. Voy a probar lo del pingplotter ese a ver que me dice. Lo cierto es que uso Wifi, pero tambien es cierto que juego al WoT sin problemas

Seen way to many border huggers lately. It does not grant inmunity of death but it will throw off the self aim feature of your shots. The predictor still thinks the enemy is moving at full speed when in reality the real movement is way slower and turns tighter. I would extend the map with one of those "deserter" warnings giving you X time to get back or killed.

But then a Cruiser shooting AP makes no much sense right now. AP rounds go through Destroyers without much damage and on BB many just bounce or do minimal damage. Of course HE will not outright sink you or citadel the foe but at least it makes you burn and spend that repair kit on it instead of a damaged gun. The game is forcing the Cruiser folks into HE

Funny that I feel just the same. Have had quite a bad run. Then of course others are winning those so no idea. When one has taken bad choices and got himself sunk on the stupid side its more bearable. But when you have really good games but still you look up and notice that although you have done (or you think so) heroically most of your team mates are down, then the manly tears start to flow.

Yo ya no sé que hacer o quien culpar. Pero el caso es que hay bastante gente jugando y no veo tampoco a todo Dios alli maldiciendo a WG y su suerte. Habrá mucha gente que no tenga lag y otros si? porque? Por las mañanas me suele ir bastante bien y a estas horas ya es un desastre. Pings de 200-600-1200 con buenos FPS de 40-60. Pero la gente juega...como lo hacen? Yo sé que no puedo, que hago mal? Tengo un equipo nuevo (intel i5-4690, 3,5 Ghz, una Nvidia GTX970 , 10 Megas de conexión en Wifi Me roba el vecino? Me jode Movistar? Como lo puedo saber?

Sure..but getting bad data for the CBT due to ships and situations not behaving as they should due issues like lag does not help them get a good game out, no? -

I actually do this quite some times out of desperation. In short, it does not work for me. If the lag storm is upon me then its just a matter of X time before I can get again a stable game. With some luck it will be the same match and if not then the next or after going to the fridge for a Coke or watching some P0rn What never changes though is that once you start having lag, without crashing it to desktop and relogging you will never get decent gameplay back. -

My thoughts precisely Captain Lag is very much alife an well in WoWs. I might have good runs with several lag free games and then hit the Himalayas of lag spikes. I play other online games such as WoT and no issues there at all. Sure this is beta and all but one would think that WG would want to get good data out of this thing. When my ship rams some rocks or misses againa and again because of lag, that is no good data to gather. -
Pues no ha funcionado. Mis dos primeras partidas fueron geniales y ya después de eso vuelta a lo mismo de siempre. Lag de 200 a 600.

I was so hopefull this morning. Played my first two games and everything went soooo smooth. But then...lag festival with its 200-600 spikes. Arghhhh

Creo que aquí se esta barriendo para casa al decir eso de que "nadie dice que es injugable" A ver...yo tengo rachas de partidas donde no tengo problema alguno y me lo paso pipa. A veces esto incluso tiene lugar por la tarde. Ahora mismo tuve una gran partida y a continuación la siguiente ya fué una pesadilla donde solo quería que terminase. Por la mañana a veces puedo hasta jugar un buen rato hasta que la gente se despierta y empieza a logear. Ahora bien...decir que a a veces o incluso muchas veces se puede jugar bien no equivale a decir que aqui no hay un problema y gordo. Cuando se dispara el lag se dispara bien y te revienta toda la partida y la de tus compañeros si dependen de tí. Esto, que decía en la pagina de facebook es pura desinformación. Como se puede ver en este mismo hilo y similares en el foro inglés. HAY un problema. Se puede jugar y a veces unas cuantas seguidas pero luego viene el Lag y no es por nuestros equipos. Por favor...

Sure you have experienced this too. Enemy ship willingly or due to tunnel vision "hits" the sea map edge. You aim on her, seeing how she does not move, easy hits are expected. You fire and your control system still thinks that the enemy ship is moving and all your centered shots miss. I was one of those ships that slammed into the edge of the sea map and wondered how on earth were all those people who were pounding me seconds ago so drunk that they could hit me no more. Now I have seen it from the other side. Hope it will get remedied

I do not see dynamic weather becoming a feature in the near future. Lower view ranges due to rain squalls, yes. Big waves that move your ship around, no. Would be cool though that on top of beaching yourself the waves crush you against the rocks.

You must have had some good luck not running into this issue. If you had (and I guess you will if the next patch does not fix this) you will come here and agree. Its pretty obvious, not that we just became retarded while shooting at ships on the edge of the map. And of course there is an aiming assistance. This device does not guarantee you to hit your foe but it helps tonns if the aim is half way true. Try shooting a non selected ship with your usual leading of the shots and then select it and do the same. Then come back here and report your findings.
