Allerdings gibt es genug Leute, die mit DD, BB usw nichts anfangen können, die entsprechenden Symbole für die Schiffklassen sind da universell verständlicher, egal welche Sprache derjenige spricht. Auf jeden Fall gut zu wissen, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt!

It gets better, there are players with 10k+ games who have not yet figured out why they are always "on the green team". I have not yet figured out how people like that manage to launch the game all by themselves.

It seems that there is a lot less knowing and a lot more blind guessing on your part. Btw you can look up a lot of those "hidden" ships in the wiki if you are interested in knowing.

Bought the ship on her own for ~35€ and was not disappointed so far. She is crazy big and has no catapult plane but other than that she is a solid (and fast) ship. I fone buys her expecting no-brain derpitz or no-brain HE-spam then well... its not the ships fault. -

Man kann WG immerhin anrechnen, dass sie nicht denselben Fehler wie bei Foch gemacht haben und zuerst versucht haben nur das betreffende Video von Youtube entfernen zu lassen... -

Diese Aussage jedoch ist schlicht und einfach falsch. Es ist richtig, dass es WGs gutes Recht ist "unleibsamen Personen" jederzeit den Status des Contributors zu entziehen... allerdings sollte man nicht vergessen wozu das ganze Programm eigentlich dient. WG profitiert immens davon, dass einige ihrer Kunden selbstständig die ganze Communityarbeit machen, die eigentlich WG-Angestellte erledigen sollten. Aufbau und Pflege der Online Community, Informationsverteilung und nicht zuletzt auch Werbung. Alles kostenlos für WG, dank motivierter Spieler. -

For example - a single glance at his profile would give hints at his problem with the game. Typically players complaining about their BBs getting torched by cruisers have never played cruisers themselves which severly limits their perspective.

Your teammates have other things to do than to keep track of your torpedoes. Maybe you did not notice, but in this game you need to pay attention to enemy planes, enemy gunfire, enemy torpedos, enemy positioning, terrain features and lots more. Dont add your own torpedoes to that list, because they dont belong there. Your guns, planes and torpedoes are your responsibilty. you teammates can not know when (and where) you want to launch them and need to consider enemies and objectives first. Situations can change in an instant and force your teammates to evade and change their course for any number of reasons. If you force your teammates to go broadside to an enemy, slow down or even stop at the wrong moment and they take damage from the enemy because they had to avoid your torpedoes it might just as well have been you who hit them. If i need to evade friendly torpedoes but to do so expose myself to an enemy attack i will gladly eat all your torpedoes and paint you pink, because you deserve it for forcing me to expose myself. And if you indeed hit an ally with your torpedoes then there were indeed allied ships in "the general direction" in which you launched your torpedoes. There is no doubt about that. As i have said situations can change at any moment and unless you can bsolutely tell what all enemy and allied ships are doing at any given moment then you will not be able to foresee wether an allied ship might need to change course or not. So the only way to avoid damaging your teammates (either by torping them yourself or by forcing them to eat an enemy attack) i to never, ever launch torpedoes in any way that they could hit an allied vessel. Your torpedoes, your responsibility. -
Machst du Witze? Die Leute haben genug Anderes zu tun als deinen Torpedos auszuweichen. Niemals Torpedos so abwerfen, dass sie Verbündete treffen können. Und falls du es doch für unbedingt nötig hälst, steh wengistens dazu und heul nicht rum!
