Why the hell is this garbage @ tier 8. I loved the Pensacola, doing great in it. Since the NO is a tier higher I expected it to be slightly better but its just THRASH. Everything, literally everything deals massive dmg with HE and AP against me and whenever I try to even 1v1 a tier 6 like the Cleveland his RoF just demolishes me. I deal a 15k volley with some citadels, but in the meantime he just out dps'es me like crazy. 0 AA either aswell as a shitty HP pool and armor... Why the hell is this shitty boat at tier 8? I'd rather have them swap it with the Pensacola with 0 changes than this as the tier 8 USN cruiser..

Just try to hug a bb all game long, and make use of those insanely OP torps u get on the IJN Cruisers... At least you have them. I can never 1v1 a bb with my USN cruiser

You really can't compare the St. Louis with anything. That thing is OP even if it were a tier 4.

Will there be any whipe now that the stats have once again been wiped during cbt-obt?? Also, isn't gold and free xp supposed to be shared aswell?

After downloading the initial 6gb the installer went on a spree of ''updating game client: extracting updates'' wtf is up with that??? It literally did this process 6 times over from 0% to a 100% and has taken longer than the initial 6gb to dload... I thought the game was almost finished dloading but little did I know.
