Dude I was just saying about the disability argument, and no i'm not insulted, neither am I disabled, some use it as a put down, they shouldn't but this is the gaming world, fast an viscous, as for bad stat one I never loo art people stats as they do not interest me, two I have some of the worst in game so stat shaming or blaming is not my bag..

I did live in London for a few year and of all things I never went on the Belfast, odd as really I should have done, well I hope you and junior enjoy the visit. -
Which forum members have you seen in random battles?

What is the crappiest BB in the game then? -
That is indeed a good idea, but then you get every potato in the game going into ranked wanting some steel, same reasons why people want to rush to tie X, the want the top dogs in their ports, and we all know of the furore rental ships have caused. My other thoughts on tier 9 premiums is that really premiums should stop at tier 8, but as they are there, too late now to stop the flood, now if they sold the Black, the Flint and the Missouri for cash, can you imagine the revenue what would flow into their vodka palaces, let alone the shitstorm from the community.
-
So we are left with AP or torps then depending on what surface ship you are sailing.
-
I think that seems legit, I know if I am the last one afloat and being chased down by several reds, i will autopilot towards them and try and rapid launch all remaining aircraft in quick succession before I go down, go down fighting, not running.
-
Lol they only get worse when you division with me
-
Ah but I don't smoke
-
I got the Salem, which was an actual ship apparently, this release was a surprise, but hey ho.
-
HE I would have though if you are a surface ship, start those fires burning and one tip which was reluctantly told to me was always shoot the stern, take out the engines, perhaps you CV gurus's can digress if this is a feasible tactic or not? Does seem to work though
-
Your welcome, I was born perfect, then I found WG, lol By the way, top advice
-
Neither do I, let me think about it, not too much though as i have way too many RL concerns to concern myself with I bought it, sold it re bought it, had about a year and half break from the game, and generally don't play cruisers, don'e even know how many boats I have except plenty to go all around. Oddly enough I love it when I win too, now there is a surprise eh?

Which is the clumsiest behemoth in the game ?

Other than myself, not sure but the GK is my next biggie -
Aha the disability argument, I always feel that this a hidden insult to both those not disabled an those that are, nothing wrong in being a pro, nothing wrong in being very casual either.
-
So in your mind then to play this game people have to be totally utterly dedicated to it 24/7? Sadly dude there is not a game in the world that requires or will hold people interest if that is the case, people rush to tier X because off the big bag bad mega doofer guns are there, so of course people will want them, tier X is just an end game to me. It is also a goal to get to, take away the goal, take away point in playing the game. So have you never ever come home from the pub, like a drunken sailor and wanted to just blap some crap, fire those guns and explode into space?
-
I know you were not asking me, but in my eyes JB every time for the range, plus it 8 guns, WG should just release the Missouri again, now I would pay £60 for that.
-
I would think not so well, here's Notsers take on it.... Is it worth nearly sixty quid, hell no.
-
Looks sounds nice etc etc, but somehow no, but then my mind can change like the wind, but that god awful over bearing music in that vid made sure I could not watch it to the end. I did get to the bit about ten minutes of fun and then you die,so maybe it is for the likes of me after all?
-
But....... When I try this, angling like I should, maybe a bit of bow tanking or kiting, I fail most times, so what is the magic essence of this technique of 'brawling'? Tried it tonight in lower tier BB's but I cannot escape the fact, I prefer a long range engagement, due to the fact BB reload times are horrendously long.
-
yes the tunnel vision is problem of mine too as with binocs view I can't hit a damn thing, might for the hell of it give it a try though.
-
Yes it is obvious when the reds are scouted thereby giving you an early warning, but most games though, or certainly in my games, it is not, hence an unpleasant surprise
-
Woks really well if a CV supports his DD's by doing the scouting but but more often than not even when looking at a mini map, they don't hence you find yourself sailing in to a shitstorm with the re fleet seemingly popping up out of nowhere, and of course you have to follow when your side decides to turn tail and run, usually then though you have to commit one way or another.
-
Some excellent advice here, but what ships are typical brawlers, for me I am thinking Dunkerque, Nelson Lenin, which i do have now and strangely enough, actually like, Richelieu and JB, Maybe Tirpitz , Bismarck, and definitely the mighty Massachusetts, plus what happen s in this scenario? You sail towards the cap of your choice, say C, on the Neighbours map (think it is called that) you are in a group of ships, looking quite strong, you pop round a corner and are confronted by said multiple reds, who by this time have manged to wreck you merry little group, so there you are quickly on your todd, wishing the damn ship would hit reverse sooner, and there you have it you have no choice but to brawl in the most unfavourable situations, all I can think about is dying ingloriously or valiantly. How many times you guys get that situation?

Gamemode Proposal: Nation vs Nation Team Battles
Hopeless_Guppy replied to Captn_Crap's topic in General Discussion
Maybe WoW's could have a Frontlines event similar to WoT's where just tier 8's see tier 8's, or a grand battles scenario, just an idea, we certainly need a tier 8 weekly ops
