Now as maps go, everytime I get this map I wish for ocean, it is that bad, how on earth do you play this map correctly? Everyone screams go cap the centre, yeah sure radar ships and CV's mean DD's and Cruisers won't last five minutes, this is one map I cannot figure out at all, in my BB's I just follow the others, low tech method I know but it is all I can do.

Kaga and Saipan need to be down tiered really, I find them both a bit weak at tier 8,as for the Brit offering,well all I can say is i really wanted the Indomitable, but now I hope they never sell it,a CV without torps? You may aswell put a Yamato at tier 5 without guns.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS! Only thing I find annoying with the Midway is the torp spread, it is so wide ships can virtually dance through it, also salt aplenty when one of those wayward torps finds one of your team mates, plus he torps ought to do more damage,in my mind they are the go to weapon of choice in any CV.

Hmm ok, but if I don't like a ship, to the scrappers she goes, the ones I sell I am not really likely to want them back, Arizona, Atlanta, Vanguard, Roma etc maybe the Alabama was a bit of a mistake,but then that is down to WG stupid 6 month policy, in WoT's you can buy back for credits, so it should be here too

I think you are OP, lol Seeing as the Belfast is mentioned, simple thing is knowing how to play cruisers, I don't, especially American ones, and it is something I will never pick up either, i only keep them because I have done the grind, at least the Brits have smoke and torps.

I fell off my chair laughing out loud at that one before I could think of any answer To the OP, what truly makes any ship OP is the user playing it,you could have a the biggest baddest ship in the game, but put average player in say a Mushashi, and a good player in one, two totally different results, I was in a division last night with a forumite, and whilst we did not fare so well we did witness some dude doing magic in a Montana gaining 5 kills no less, best I have ever done in a ship like that is 4 kills in my Iowa.

Yeah well, cruisers, just cruisers, those and DD's I absolutely need to be in a division to play, others do well in them I get insta-blapped, if I even poke out from behind a an island. I can watch vids, I can play them and the game are all 5 minutes long, no matter what I do, and whats this in the vids I see about the Cleveland, it used to be tier 6?

Now don't we all love big guns, (well maybe non BB players don't) but this is a quick thread about the bigger guns, you know the option you have on the Republique, Conqueror and GK, do you use them, and do you find if you use them you get better results? Reason I mention these ship I particular is that I have them all and love ranked for the opportunity to use them

Those are the worst, no matter how hard you try, your in a CV so it is all your fault, just had a game in my Lexington, team took A and B and was told to hold them both, we lost, all my fault apparently, these non CV players just don't get that when you force a team into a certain area, their AA just decimates you. There was nothing I could do and I was so disgusted with the team, i set the autopilot on,sailed right into the red zone, and went for a drink.

I truly never knew that, so add that to my checklist.

Cleveland is terrible like all USN cruisers anyway, so why buy a premium of it, I made the mistake with the Wichita, soon sold it for credits.

Never let others put you off, if they give away positions, then retaliate by giving theirs away, it is a shitty thing to do no less but by doing that your supposed team have thrown the game anyway by not concentrating on the task in hand, and if said players want AA, gently remind then you are not their umbrella, certainly give said toxic player no support, whatsoever, you could alternatively just give a friendly torp salvo, withe warning run your mouth again and back to port it is for you.

That would be nice if the reporting actually worked, but comped to the sister game WoT's, usually it is quite mild, it is the cancer word users that wind me up, having watched a very close friend die of it, i can only assume it is kids using this term.

You do know in game you an deactivate chat, press the enter key, hold ctrl, and click the X under chat, viola, if I remember rightly. Some say you are no use to your team with chat disabled, well to turn that around you are still no use to your tam when triggered by some kid in his bedroom spamming he chat ruining your game, takes away from the concentration, very rarely do I turn chat off but sometimes it gets a bit too much.
