Bei der XBox ist die Premium-Mitgliedschaft Pflicht für Multiplayer-Spiele. Bei der Playstation braucht man nichts weiter. @PianoChicken9 es gibt Drittsoftware um Controller auf Tastatureingaben zu mappen. Ich hab' das mal daheim mit meinem PS4-Controller probiert. Geht eigentlich einwandfrei. Am besten mal nach suchen. Auf der gamescom haben wir "JoyToKey" genutzt. Ein Blick in die Suchmaschine des Vertrauens, etwa mit der Suchanfrage "xbox controller map buttons to keyboard", bringt da diverse Ergebnisse.

They hopefully write to our customer service, who will tell them the same as we do here. If not, there is little we can do. Luckily, it is not a very wide-spread issue and it should be fixed in a future update.

Exakt, die Steam-Version ist an ein paar Punkten anders, daher geht das nicht. Müsstest du einfach regulär über das Game Center installieren. Das WGC erlaubt es dir jederzeit den Client-Ordner einfach woanders hin zu kopieren und dann kannst du über die Import-Funktion den neuen Ordner auswählen. Das klingt mir nach einem Bug. Dabei gibt es aber keinerlei Probleme. Das WGC ist generell sehr stabil geworden. Der Trick mit Steam ist nicht offiziell unterstützt und falls nötig, kann es auch sein, dass die Workaround-Variante entfernt wird oder Probleme verursacht.

Japp, ist leider noch der gleiche Bug. Sollte aber in einem der kommenden Updates dann endgültig für alle behoben sein. :)

Check your disk-usage via task manager. It might very well be the case that it only needs to download 1MB, but it is installing the pre-loaded patch (several gigabytes of data).

When reporting a bug, we require a WGCheck-report to be attached. This can be created by selecting the corresponding option instead of launching the game (this little arrow next to the "play" button). This includes all necessary information like logs, crash reports, system information, integrity of the game files, version, etc....

Nicht erreichbar, á la es lädt einfach nicht? Oder kommt eine Fehlermeldung? Leider gibt es immer noch Fälle, bei denen die Hardwarebeschleunigung des in-game Browser Probleme macht. Dies sollte allerdings bald gänzlich behoben werden. In der Zwischenzeit, probiere bitte folgendes: Öffne die Datei "engine_config.xml" in deinem WoWs-Ordner\res\ und suche nach der Zeile <hardwareAcceleration>auto</hardwareAcceleration> und ersetze "auto" mit "false", sodass es so aussieht <hardwareAcceleration>false</hardwareAcceleration> Dann speichere die Änderung und starte das Spiel erneut.

We do not hate any nation in the game. We even have some team members who absolutely love the German BBs (apart from me :D). Some ships might simply not work out for you, but as you say, German BBs don't want to snipe at max range and rather want to get to short/mid range. If they would have pinpoint accurate main guns, they would be too strong. We are constantly monitoring battle performance of the ships and if necessary, we will buff or nerf ships. For this update, you can find the list of balancing-changes on the portal as usual, but the German BBs weren't changed.

Update: I just checked myself. For me it is working. Before filing a report, could you please run a client integrity/repair check and make sure to not use any mods? That might already be the fix for you.

As this issue does not affect the game/players in general, we need more information in order to fix it. So far, we barely received any tickets or information on it and it does not seem wide-spread. Wie die anderen schon gesagt haben, ist dies kein weitverbreiteter Fehler und dadurch kann es sein, dass es etwas länger dauert, bis ein Fehler behoben werden kann. Etwa wenn er lokal nicht reproduzierbar ist. Das hängt häufig mit einer Vielzahl an möglichen Kombinationen aus Hardware und Software zusammen. Das muss man dann überhaupt erstmal herausfinden. Fehler nerven uns genauso und das liegt nicht in unserem Sinn, lässt sich aber nicht immer vermeiden. Friert das Spiel beim Schließen ein, weswegen du es nur über den Taskmanager schließen kannst? Falls ja, entpacke mal bitte diese Zip-Datei in deinen WoWs-Ordner (Überschreiben der WorldofWarships.exe bestätigen) und schaue, ob es danach immer noch auftritt. Eventuell ist das die Lösung des Problems. Edit: @KarmaKater gleiches für dich, schau mal ob es das behebt.
